This is a horrible store I went in on Thursday of last week and had a lacefront and salt and The girl who installed my lace front she ripped it I went back on that Friday and inform them that my lace front had been rippeds they told me that the girl doesnt come in till 3 want to come back in at 3i have eyes tell that I was going out of town and I wouldnt be back until MondayWhen I went in on that Friday they told me that they will have to talk to the manager and to call them back so you know Im just getting back in touch with them and now theyre telling me they have to talk to another manager I spent over $200 in this store that and I cant get any kind of accommodations for their sorry ass workers tearing up my lace front it cost me 50 bucks I am infuriated And I told the guy that I talk to on the phone that just dont worry about it I will not be shopping at that store again and nonchalantly he replied ok and hung up

I called before i went down here & the lady on the phone told me they had the hair that i asked for, once i got down there they DID NOT have the hair so i wasted gas and time, but i am giving 1 star because the guy who works there was nice

The website says that this store closes at 9pm so I rush to get here in the nick of time and they are closed. Jesus, take the damn wheel for how pissed I am. Fix the time ugh.
