Worst ever grooming, charged extra for shampoo but he was unclean and found how he was left.... 2 hours for just bath .... i have used service in petco texas , way better .... sucks here ... his eyes were red and he was completely sad when we got there.... would never take him there....

Horrible place! Their animals are sick. Their prices are high. Their customer service is awful. Staff is untrained and are not knowledgeable at all. Dont go here! Save yourself a lot of money and pain go to another pet supply store. I recommend Petsmart!

Do not buy fish from here, I was just at the one in St Charles MO and they had several tanks with dead fish in them, some you could tell had been theta for a few days, all the stock looked unhealthy, will never step foot in there again!

Wish they would give you an opportunity to bring your current pets in so you can make sure they will get along with a new pet. Because they dont allow for such a thing, we now have a very bad pet living situation

Every store seems to be dirty. Always dead fish and unclean fish tanks. I never see any "pet care associates" even tending to the animals Staff is not helpful and can never be found to actually get assistance.

It’s your standard Petco. Service is good, the place is relatively clean, and there are plenty of cute animals to find everywhere. It is exactly what you expect if you’ve been to any other in this chain.
