Do NOT trust the groomers at this location. I dont recall the name of the lady that butchered my Shi Tzu but I do know that I will not be taking him back here. I told her exactly what I wanted, showed her the length on their fur splotches and everything. I came back and it was longer than I had specified, it was un even all over and she shaved his entire tail! He is a Shi Tzu, you dont shave the tail! She claimed that she done that because he had matts and that was the easiest. I admit he had a couple of matts but nothing that required it to be shaved. She was telling me this while she was working on her next victim who was of the same breed which she had also done the same thing to. And that isnt even all of it. Either they didnt bath him or they did so before his hair cut. By the time I got home with him I was covered in hair shavings. He has been to many different groomers and they all have told me how sweet he is and how well behaved he is when they are working on him, heck she even told me the same thing. So I know that this massacre was not just a result of a bad dog that didnt want to sit still. If I was you I would definitely go somewhere else.

Grooming is not great at all & I now bring my dog elsewhere. I brought my 3mth old puppy here for a full service, but mainly he just needed his nails cut. The employee who worked on him told me it would take about 1hr-1.5hr. She only spent about 30-40min with him. His nails were just sanded not trimmed, less than 2 weeks later I had to take them somewhere to get them cut. His ears were not cleaned, I re-cleaned them when I got home. Hes short hair, was washed 3 days prior, there wasnt much to do on him but what he needed wasnt done. Other than that staff here is awesome, knowledgeable & friendly. Store is always well kept/clean/stocked.

I shopped at this Pet Smart frequently when I was a dog owner. Some items, especially the dog food, can be a little pricey. However, they do have a great section of reduced priced dog toys that help with budgeting when your dog likes to destroy toys. I always used the grooming service here as well and I highly recommend it. The groomers were always very friendly and took great care of my Border Collie. I was always very happy with the end result and my dog always came home looking clean and smelling fresh.

Customer service is non-existent. Employees were chit chatting away when I had questions. They didnt know their products well. They will sell you something that is harmful to your pet, just to get a sale. They ask you if you have a membership card but neglect to ask you if you want one.

Love it here! Always great & competitive prices! Great selection of food, toys, supplies. Grooming is also great! The store is always clean & well organized. Jeff, one of the managers, is very helpful and so nice! Definitely recommend - much better than the competition down the street.

Very clean store with lots of products and stuff for all kinds of animals. However there is no longer a vet hospital in the store as there is a sign that states looking for new vets.

We have been bringing our black lab here for grooming and they do a nice job. He still has some fluff on him but he doesnt always get a regular brushing, which he should.
