They have a good selection of dog food and toys. That is the only nice thing I can say about this store. The customer service is terrible. I went in once with an injured wrist (wearing a wrist brace) and no one offered me any help with my large bags of dog food. Today I went in to buy a large dog crate and I requested help. The woman dragged the crate to the register but once I paid for it she offered me no more help. I struggled to get the store door open and struggled to get it into my car. Im not going back. If they want to charge boutique prices, they better offer boutique service.

Looked to them for help on starting a new fish tank for my son. I had to go in 3 times to get the fish as I received three different opinions. The tank needs a heater, the tank doesnt need a heater. The tank can hold only 3 fish, the tank can hold 3 or 4 fish. The tank water needs to site for only 24 hours, the tank water needs to wait 5 days. The kicker was when I was in the middle of being helped the associate needed to step away and never came back to help me. Went to help someone else with yet another opinion. I cant believe the poor customer service. Really disappointed.

Pet Life stores have great selection of food and toys. Staff are always more than willing to offer assistance and help when needed. They have a great friendly staff.
