About the JC Penney Salon in Spartanburg, SC... Worst experience ever! Took my teenage daughter for a trim and the girl that cut her hair looked like she had never cut hair in her life! 5 minutes into it she cut her finger with her own scissors! Another stylist had to take over for her while she searched for a band aid for 10 minutes. The 2nd girl wasnt much better. I had to explain that my daughter had layers...they had no idea. Never even asked. At the checkout, the lady couldnt figure out how to ring us up. She had to ask for help. After charging me $22.00 for a horrible experience she had the nerve to ask if I would be leaving a tip!!! Ummm...NO. We shouldve gone to Great Clips. Much cheaper, and they actually know what theyre doing!
