This was my first time in this store and I had to return a gift that was bought for me. I had the receipt but they would not give me store credit, the only thing that they would do was return it to the persons card that got me the gift. When I tried to explain to them the situation and the fact that it was not my card they did not care. When I expressed my frustration the sales man laughed in my face and made fun of me to another cashier. When I told him that was not helping the situation he just kept listening. I tried to call their corporate department but they were closed yesterday so I am sending an email today. I would not even give this place one star. Worse customer experience I have ever encountered. If you want to waste your money and be treated poorly this is the place to go. I am updating my review but still leaving the original post. I received a phone call yesterday from the store manager and she was very sorry about what happened. She was very friendly and said that she will handle the matter and she made sure that I was taken care of. She stated that things like this do not normally happen and she was going to make sure that it did not happen in the future. At this point I have not actually shopped in the store so I can only give it a 3 but I will update once if I go back.

The stuff there is "okay" the staff seems like they were hired on a whim very poor customer service. Probably one reason the company is going belly up. This store opened right before Christmas 2016 and has a large STORE CLOSING sign hanging on it? (FYI it is April 10, 2017). Wow, what a way to ruin a new shopping area by closing a new store. The merchandise is kind of cheap and some things are well priced, but the clothing, besides the athletic wear, is trashy. Gee I hope that TJs or Marshalls move into the spot.

Gordmans has a huge selection of decent quality stuff at really really low prices... the atore is very clean and organized and the staff are ok. It reminds me of a cheaper Burlington, especially Clearance stuff! I love it
