Horrible place to shop everything is cluttered. Seems like the company really does not value its customers or associates. Sell outdated worthless stuff you can find at other outlet stores for the same price. Very dirty store, not very appealing in my opinion. Also checkout takes a long time, and LOSS prevention is always wrongfully accusing people of stealing, just a mess. Former Customer and Employee.

A bit crowded and messy as far as the items but if you look past this...can find some great finds. They are so busy and thus the mess. The store has been changed around and alpears to be getting better. I have a location closer to me but its always empty and I cant find even 1/2 of what I can find at this location.

Ill admit that finding clothing is like a treasure hunt but it makes the victory of finding something more glorious. Great household items and they carry my size of shoe (12) so 100 brownie points to them.

Very unclean inside and the employees were in a circle talking amongst themselves instead of being helpful. Nothing is organized and some of the shoes were mismatched. Just go to Marshalls one store away.

Need to update store hours online information. Got there at 8:37am expecting to open at 9am. Wallk up to the door and they dont open until 9:30. We had to I leave, was with mother and was unable to wait.

Good discounted prices. Can always get some good finds in name brand sneakers or shoes, or clothes. The layout feels a bit cluttered but at least the lines arent as slow as Beals outlet.

There are lots of good deals at this store. Be careful though, some of the "compare at" prices are inflated so the deals might seem better than they actually are.

This is my favorite Ross around the Tampa area. I always found something here. They dont over pack the racks so its easy to look through the clothes.
