Yes, there are discounts on brand names here. But the service is spotty, most customers rude and pushy, and its better to shop at Nordstrom on sale days or go to TJMaxx etc. I have been here and to the Beachwood Rack multiple times and without fail: at least 3-4 female shoppers will run into me, reach over me, and never say "excuse me" or think of anyone but themselves. It ruins the whole experience for me. Having said all that, my daughter and husband love to find Nike, Keen, and other shoes here, so we still "have to" go occasionally.

I want to give a big shout out to Edie at the Crocker Park Nordstrom Rack. She went above and beyond in assisting me in making a purchase over the phone. I called from out of state (Utah) after finding out that the item I wanted didn’t exist anywhere expect at the Crocker Park Rack. Edie took her time to ensure that the coat that I purchased was priced the same as my local Nordstrom Rack. She made sure that I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. If you’re at the Crocker Park Rack and need assistance make sure you ask for Edie.

Im giving this location 4 stars instead of less because of the helpful employees. I seem to have more luck at the East side location and find that store to be a little more appealing to shop; however, my 2yr old son temporarily disappeared and the staff was very quick to help. They blocked doors, radiod each other and found him in kids shoes a moment later. Thank you all for taking care of your customers safety and sanity. Its really important that they have the technology and training to help with a situation like that.

I went to buy a dress that had a clearance tag on it and when I went to check out it rang up 3x of what the tag said and they wouldnt do anything, even with all the beading on the sleeve ripped off to the point of having to pay to get it fixed. 10/10 do recommend

Good location of Nordstrom Rack. Great selection of mens clothing and shoes and it looks like they have plenty of womens items as well. Checkout can be a bit slow, but look to use one of the mobile check out stations to save time!

Had good selection of clothes for men except in XL & XXL Their supply of bigger sizes runs low frequently I was told by staff. Seemed to have a wide variety of name brands to choose from.
