Really awful customer service. I placed an order for Teggings with a specific event in mind. As the date approached, I realized that they sent me a tank top instead of Teggings. Great. I took pics and reached out to them on a Thursday. I will say that the response was very fast. They were very contrite and stated they would send out the correct garment immediately and that I would have it by Tuesday. Hooray! Crisis averted. My event wasnt until Wednesday so I was safe. Tuesday arrives and no Teggings. UBER CRISIS! Because now my event is happening and my outfit is incomplete. Off I go at 8 pm to try to find an alternative. I reach out again and they assure me that its been sent as promise. Wednesday comes and goes and still no package. The human error of sending the wrong product is understandable. Inconvenient but understandable. The immediate response when the error was brought to their attention was admirable. However, the outright LIE that the correct garment was being rushed to me is unacceptable. They knew that the item was needed for a specific event yet they still chose to mislead me about sending it with any kind of rush. That is what is unacceptable. Had they simply said that they were sending it standard, I would have had sufficient time to find something else to where. But instead, they misled me and when called on the carpet for it, basically washed their hands of the matter. I understand in the "big picture" of life, this is meaningless. People can read this, roll their eyes and dismiss it. But when YOU have a really important event, the details matter.

Rachel and her team offer exceptional customer service, honest opinions, and a fun, comfortable shopping experience. This is a genuinely safe space. The feeling of belonging is palpable. I am biased, but I think we have a well organized, clean store with great fitting rooms and friendly service. We carry both modern and vintage clothing sizes 12-28, 1x-5x. We have a variety of separates, lots of dresses, jewelry ranging from $6-$180, lots of handbags and accessories, leggings, and t-shirts. Our prices generally range between $18-$98 with a wide range of styles and fits.

Great store! I visited a few months ago last year and was so happy with the selection and customer service. They were perfectly cool w/ my mom, my sister and myself trying on lots of things and made us feel right at home. Their teggings are amazing too!
