Disrespectful is the best word I can find to express the employees in this Bealls Location. Ive never been so disrespected as a customer. I visited this store and went in with Bealls bucks and wanted to know if they could order the shirt I wanted in a different color. The sales clerk called her manager and asked and said they could not since I was paying with Bealls bucks. I dismissed it and said it was fine and understood. I went to pay and was fumbling for my credit card and the sales clerk yelled back to her manager and made a gesture - placing her hand to her mouth in a cup form as if she was ensinuating Id been drinking. Her manager responds saying "oh you need a glass of water?" and the clerk said "no" and did it again and her manager (after catching I had noticed) responded "oh - you need some change?" I was infuriated having worked in customer service in the past and would never act in that manner in front of a customer, and for the manager to act in that way also makes me wonder how someone so unprofessional and rude can keep a job interacting with customers. I know two bad apples dont spoil a whole company, but I will never, and I will tell others to never shop in this location, or any Bealls stores (online, outlet, Belk) again.

Bealls is a really nice department store with a great selection and reasonable prices. It has a nice beachy tilt towards its merchandise too.

They carry many high quality items. Staff was very friendly. The store was neat and well organized. Great value on many of the markdowns.
