This has got to be the slowest walmart I have ever been to! Everytime I go here I am in line for almost 30 minutes...even during non peak times. And dont even think about going before 8 am or after 10 pm because youll be checking yourself out. How pretentious is self checkout? You want me to walk around the store, get everything I need AND check myself out?! I think maybe I should be on the payroll! It really sucks when you have fruit that needs weighed or alcohol that needs an employee to verify age. Lets also talk about their price matching and how atrocious that is! Everytime I want to price match something it is an ordeal! Even when its clear they make it harder than it needs to be. It literally take about 5 employees, a manager and about 30 minutes to price match something...that is IF they do it at all. Even when I pull it up on my phone AND one of their tablets its an issue! They say they have to pull it up on their little pda device that is conveniently never working. It sucks since this is the ONLY walmart within 15 miles of my location in country ass polk county! I could go on and on but I am quite done.

I purchased a Margaritaville cruiser bike from this location on the webpage. I was assuming the bike was new. When I arrived, the bike was heavily rusted on the handle bars, gears, and chain. I went to customer service to tell them I wanted some money back as I was ok with keeping it and refurbishing it but I was told I could only do a full refund, which I understood, so I returned the bike. I checked the webpage to see if the bike was at another store, which it was. However, this store literally put the bike I had returned right back on the shelf, rust and all. I went back to the store and look, there it was. All dirty, rusty, and seat literally coming loose from the screws. I cant believe a store would advertise that they have an item and ot be so horribly taken care of. Leaving bikes out in the rain to rust and not even discounting them but selling at same price as a brand new one. Was absolitely pathetic. This is not what we pay money for. This store obviously just doesnt care enough.

This walmart is the worst of all! The staff are so rude you dont even want to approach them and if you do good luck. My boyfriend goes every friday to cash his check thats always a hastle 1 lane open and a line out the door. I stood by the wall out of every ones way for almost an hour waiting trying to keep my 2 disabled kids calm when suddenly this old bat looks at me and rudely says very loud you cant stand there you have to leave! Um I been there an hour she saw me she personally cashes our checks every friday so whats the sudden issue? She told my bf it was a privacy issue because I could listen for information to steal but she didnt say anything before and the waiting bench is closer than where I was standing but there was kids sitting there so I couldnt. You can hear everything said by everyone in the line waiting so how was I a privacy issue? I know a few drug addicts that work in that store if theyre worried about thieves they should probably stop hiring meth and crack addicts

Debit/credit card machine was offline yesterday but that didnt stop the transaction being deducted from my account 4 times. So disgusted with their customer service. I also spotted a manager/supervisor and asked if they carried Danskin workout bottoms. I had been roaming around womens clothing for awhile before I asked..this woman acted like I was bothering her and bluntly told me "we dont have any here". Thank goodness I didnt believe her and I continued to look. Guess what!?? They sure did have EXACTLY what I asked for. I wanted to let her know she was incorrect, but I was already quite aggravated with my visit and just left. What a waste of a visit. I drive out of my way to this location because I thought it was better overall. Lesson learned!!! Will not return unless I have no other options.

Okay experience but they move things around so often it takes twice as long to find anything. The staff is friendly and helpful but not enough staff throughout the facility to ask questions. Front end registers are always so hot making waiting in line, unloading and loading a sweaty chore. Then you have to stand in another hot line to leave the store if you have items that cant fit in your bags. By the time you male it to you swealtering car your ice cream and frozen foods have thawed almost all the way. You finally make it home to find your food a dripping mess. I am sure the employees are not pleased with the hot register area either. Time to turn up the air and treat your customers and employees to a good experience.

Just a place I have to go to get groceries and necessities. The isles are always blocked, and to get to the lunchmeat and cheese freezer sections on the wall, you have to walk from one end to the other to find a way through the piled pallets to get what you need then get out. Some times they dont even leave enough room for a cart/buggy to get through! If youre in a motorized cart (like my husband) forget it. Why do they leave 3 and 4 pallets of ice cream sitting on the floor melting BEFORE its put back in a freezer. Wouldnt it make sense to bring them out one pallet at a time, when the items are supposed to be frozen? I dont get frozen items anymore, because they are always thawed then refrozen into a solid brick.

I love most walmarts. This is another great one except I had one issue. So the reason I went to this walmart which is not the closest one to me is because online they had a TV mount listed for $30. I thought wow thats a great deal. Since the TV I need to mount is a 55" and this one fit a 47" to 70" tv. So I went there and they told me it would be $129. Wow!! I showed them online that there site said they had it in Stock at this store and they agreed with me. But they said the online price is wrong and wouldnt sell me it at that price. So anyways I ended up buying it anyways because I needed it but Im just not to happy about it

WallyWorld is what it is, finding someone to ask questions is usually a challenge, but we dont go there because we DONT know what we want. Its your basic get stuff for daily life place, I dont need them to entertain me, just have what Im looking for in stock, as long as they havent rearranged the shelves again, I normally know what I need, and I normally know where it is. I also Shop at 1am after work a lot, specifically because I actually dont like it when clerks constantly ask me if I need help, sometimes Im just looking around to see if theres any new Brands or flavors I might like to try.
