My experience at this location was not a good one, I stopped on my lunch hour, having never been to this location, it was clean and tidy, however the staff was not so nice. I purchased a pair of dress slacks and a dress shirt, totaling around 80 dollars, the store itself was not busy as it was around 11:30 am on a Tuesday. There was a lady in line in front of me whom Ben the cashier seemed very polite and friendly with, I walk up hand Ben the cashier my membership card, no hello, how are you nothing, I walked over to give Ben the cashier a hundred dollar bill from the payment location where one would use the card machine. Ben placed my items where the card reader is located. He told me the total, I notice my membership card fly into the opening of the shirt I was purchasing, which I thought odd as it is usually handed back to me, maybe they have a new policy “of find your membership card”, I dont know? I dug into the shirt to retrieve my membership card, placed safely back into my wallet. I handed Ben my money, he gave me my change, no polite salutations upon my exit, just a look of move on out of the way, and myself wondering what just happened and why? I did however stand there and count my change. I am not much of a talker, or complainer, I did not get a manager and complain. My simple solution is not go back again... If you encounter Ben, be sure to keep your eye on your membership card, otherwise it might be lost and you will have to replace it. No one wants to go through that hassle...

I contracted cellular service with the in-store cell vendor. The "snake oil" salesman ensured me I could return the phone, if unsatisfied, within 14 days for a complete refund or within 30 days for a reduced charge. The phone service wasnt as expected and, indeed, I could barely obtain service at my home. I returned the phone to Costco in Gulf Coast Town Center, where I purchased it, and was satisfied with the phone reimbursement. The unknown contract reimbursement, however, was not as stated during the sale. They were incredibly unprofessional and were unable or unwilling to resolve my situation in regards to the outstanding contract amount, which far exceeded what they originally quoted. After speaking with a Costco in-store manager, I was informed the cellular area was an outside vendor leasing that spot from Costco and that a Costco representative was unable or unwilling to assist me. Being a contractor, I resolve any of my customers issues. Even if the issue was regarding one of my sub-contractors, I assume full responsibility. After repeated attempts and several "tough luck" responses, I was finally able to come to a resolution by visiting a local cellular branch, as opposed to this reseller. I highly recommend dealing with your local, professional, service-oriented cellular representatives and NOT one of the reseller sales people like those found in this particular Costco. They dont care about you as customers. They strictly want a signature and as much money as they can get.

Walk in to buy a baby crib that is on display and was told they do not carry this item at the store. The bed would need to be purchased online, I would need to pay shipping (+150.00). They would give me $100.00 off but I cant use my coupon in conjunction for 20% off because it is not allowed. There is an offer online for free shipping to stores but------ this offer is not available for Fort Myers or surrounding areas. So- be careful what youre looking at in this store, in total it could cost over $150.00 more because what they display is not in fact available to purchase without a delivery charge. Im completely disgusted with this store.

Optical department review: The customer service I received from Miss Celia was truly remarkable, in excess of 5-stars! She went above and beyond to help me with my prescription and fixing my frames even though the store was preparing for closing. Thank you Celia and Costco for your consistent level of superior customer service.

I left a negative review after many bad experiences at this location, but lately each visit has been pleasant. The staff is friendly and the store is clean and well-stocked. The tire center does a great job, and doesnt make you wait too long.

The pharmacy technician Ashley is very rude. She is nothing short of a gate keeper. I do not reccomend this pharmacy to anyone also the pharmacist is an arrogant prick. I am a cancer patient and those two blocked me access to my medication.

I love Costco. But this visit they were out of many products we usually buy and they were lacking in sample stations. Which everyone looks forward to when going to Costco. We have purchased so many items because of the sample stations.

Always find great deals here. I bought a grill at Fathers Day that dropped $200 by mid summer and they gave me the savings on a store credit. I wont even buy meat at Publix or Sweetbay. Costco has the best meat counter in the area.
