Original purchase went well however they were supposed to deliver the washer and dryer unit 30 days later and continued to debt $1000 out of my account every week causing me to overdraft multiple time did nothing.... when delivery day came the delivery showed up and refused to give us the product stating that the product would not fit never took it out to measure or anything ... I did measure it had 13 inch to spare so I asked for a refund the money was returned then a few days later the took the money back out $1000 causing a rent check to bounce and and late fee to be incurred worst company to deal with completely disorganized do be drawn in by good price most places price match...

NEVER buy jewelry from here overpriced and garbage horrible quality! Wont even last a year and they wont fix it! You could spend thousands elsewhere and get a ring that will last over a year! Horrible customer service, they tell us to go to the Edison Mall in ft Myers, then when we get there they cant do anything for us then tells us to go to cape coral see if they can help then come back to ft Myers if they cant to see if they can help. Really? Send us all over town. The ring is a joke and a waste of money!

Christmas sale- some little slipper type shoes that would cost 15 dollars somewhere else were priced at $60. They try to sell things "in style" but they just end up making retarded bulky commercial versions of it and price than ridiculously one shirt there is like $40..... Thats a phone bill to some people! Its not a place to go if u like good deals and buying what ur moneys worth. I hate jc pennys with a passion.

Poor selection of clothes I went this past weekend and it was a mess in there, everything was thrown of the floor and misplaced all the table clothes were threw around, need more workers to keep up with the place. I much rather the Orlando Jcpennys they have much more of selection especially for school

Poor selection of goods, very expensive, the employees here are self involved, never willing to make eye contact, wont ring you up, rude , snots, this is a direct reflection on upper managment. There is a JcPennys in cape coral and this store is great and so are the employees.

I usually go to accompany my friend. I never get to purchase anything for me or my daughter because is always a mess. This makes it hard to find your size. Having the store so mess up makes everything look used and cheap. I end up going to Macys.

There was zero help in the show department, had to walk over to mens dept to pay. Cashier was very nice. Got home and one foot of shoe has a zipper which does not work. I will trek back tomorrow to return it, time out of my day.
