Foreigner, sorry, not speaking good English. Visited for changing 3 tires and oil change. The salesman told me I might be needed wheel alignment since Im getting 3 new tires. And he told me they will tell me if needed. And I told him that I did alignment 10k ago so it might not be needed. I kept watching how they are doing the job. Tech was replaced one of my tire and salesman came to me with alignment result that shows my car doesnt need alignment. How did they do that magic work? The car never been on alignment lift and they got the alignment result!! So I decided to go to other place to do the alignment and asked sealsman for me to keep that fake result and he told me that I can keep and make the frame to put on a wall. He smiled but its rude. I also explained about "Service Check TPMS" lights on. This is something happen with my sensor, not the pressure. TPMS light is off, my issue is about the sensors problem-possible sensor battery replacement or sensor defective, I asked salesman about to find out whats my problem since theyre taking old tires out and he said yes he will, but after put one of new tire installed, he told me I have to go to dealrship to fix it. He told me that without any actings. This location has zero confidence. They are very nice until you decide for service. After you decide what to do, they are not really care about whats further issue. Not the all Sears auto center does like this, I have Road Hazard so I will go to other Sears when I have any issue. Its in Naples, so many customers are old people and salesmens are very used to taking care of the old customers. Please remember, you know about your car more than salesmen. If you have any issue, talk to tech. Im still regret that I came here.

If I could give them a minus 5 stars I would. Not only did Sears sell me a lemon dishwasher, when it failed, their "technician" diagnosed a "bad control board." Said he could replace it for $385. Mind you, we had just spent $700 on the appliance. I had the board replaced for less than $200. It STILL didnt work!!! When I reported this to Sears, they responded by saying that they would send another technician to diagnose the problem. A week later, the SAME guy who misdiagnosed the problem in the first place called and said, "since you had someone else replace the board we are not coming to diagnose the issue again." He then said, "we are done with you." Are you freaking kidding me? "We are done with you"????? DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE CROOKED SLEEZE BALLS!!! They will gladly sell you garbage, and tell you "we are done with you" when the thing fails and they cant figure out whats wrong. What a joke!!!!!

Will NEVER shop @sears again! Ive bought alot of stuff from sears but now they are boycotted. Bought my new $1800 Whirlpool gold fridge from here and had it delivered. The delivery guys completely unwrapped all the protective packing off the fridge and set it in my gravel driveway, then carried it in with a strap scratching it all over fitting it thru the door. Countless hours on the phone to get another unscratched fridge. Then the same idiots delivered the new fridge and were extremely rude and unprofessional because I ruined their delivery rating. Called Sears corporate in hoffman estates, il and they were useless. For all my headache all I got out of it was the delivery driver had a complaint filed against him, whoopty doo!

The store has changed over the last year and the associates, as well as the managers, seem to work harder on serving a customers every need and delivering a Wow shopping experience. I love this store every time I visit the location, where else are you going to shop for major appliances, mattresses, tools, lawn care, exercise equipment and great apparel all under one roof. Next time you stop by the Coastland Center Sears be sure to say hello. Ask for Scott who will welcome you to a great shopping experience.

I have now been without a washing machine for 6 weeks. The customer service team has done nothing to aid in expediting this process. The machine is under warranty and they keep sending the wrong parts. I have not been able to speak with a manager. Needless to say, I will NEVER be buying anything from this company again.

I wish I could put 0 stars. I have never been treated so rudely in my entire life. Manager Ryan, Native American man is the most horrible, rude and inconsiderate person running a business I have EVER MET. Very under staffed.

refrigerator delivered yesterday and was not set up to balance. It leans forward about 1 1/2 inches. My husband and I are in our 80s and can not balance it.

Sears was the place to get great tools. But now Home Depot and Lowes have better tools and better prices. Same thing on everything else there.
