No se mucho ingles, pero una empleada de nombre Mary en el area Fabrics & Grafts cuando le pedi ayuda sobre una tela me viro la cara como si no me quisiera atender y mi esposo y yo notamos que era racista, ya que en cuanto me di la espalda ella desaparecio por completo del area. Varios días después fui con mi cunado y estaba ella atendiendo de muy mala gana a una señora que no hablaba ingles, pero su hijo si y tuvo la cara de amargada todo el tiempo. Cuando me toco a mi, también tuvo la misma actitud. Personas así, no deberían estar trabajando dando servicios al cliente porque no tiene carisma ni atención agradable para el cliente que llega a solicitar ayuda en esa area. Ubiquen esta persona en otra area que no sea atendiendo publico.

Not that reviews matter considering all the bad ones and they continue to hire rude employees. I have never seen such poor service. I spend about 2-3 hundred dollars a week there. I see and one of their regular sale clerk in that department has always been rude every visit. I take material to be cut and she just stands and looks at me. Doesnt say how can I help you, how many yards or anything. I eventually ask her if she would mind waiting on me and give me x amount of yards. She cuts and pushes towards me still not saying one word. Understand this happens at least twice a week for last year. I have even had my husband have my fabric cut for me not wanting to deal with her and he was treated same way. She turns her name tag around so you cant see her name. I have let rose the dept supervisor know (Rose who is very nice) but nothing has changed. I would go to the other Walmart on 27 but they do not carry material. Even several cashiers do this as well. No greeting, dont even verbalized total of bill and god forbid to say thank you have a nice day or go get hit by a car. I have never been anywhere so unprofessional. I often tell my husband I should apply for manament position there to teach common decency to these rude unprofessional costumer representives. I hope maybe Walmart would read some of these comment and do something about it. I keep hoping another store will open with fabric closer then my trips to this unfriendly store will be limited.

Automotive Service: the male counterperson just can work the register, if you want to have automotive service, you will have to wait for another very slooow moving lady. Arriving sooner or later, she was then busy for at least another 10 minutes to cut spare house keys (which are done at the same counter) while starring into the air. Finally it was our term, and here is what really bothered me: we came in with 1 broken tire of our son being stranded on I-4. This has not been taken in consideration by this person and consistently she said that they have to serve all other customers first and no chance to get it done before 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I understand we have to go in line, but I think that we had here kind of an emergency, with the kid out there on the freeway. I think that every other customer would have had no issue, if this one 5 min or less tire change would have been pushed forward. We left and had the tire change done at a shop around the corner in a sec. My opinion from this and previous experiences: this Walmart is sucks in customer service at the automotive department.

Customer service is horrible, this particular Wal mart needs more Cashiers to cut the long wait in line, They need more employees in general actually never anyone around when you need assistance. This past week alone I had two unpleasant shopping experiences 1st was late night there were 5-6 female employees having a rather loud annoying disagreement something to do with one of the females that was also there, for a minute I thought they might actually throw down, it became so loud and annoying I left that department, The automotive dept also needs to get it together I waited in line for at least 25 minutes in need of a oil change and two new tires for my truck until finally I walked out to seek service from another tire and lube center, I will never again try to get auto service from walmart. Poor customer service skills electronic dept shelves poorly stocked they are always out of the two types of printer ink I need, associates in electronics do not have any knowledge of how any of the electronics work or anything to that nature.

I deliver stuff for this walmart but Im not allowed to park at store to do some shopping? I just arrived to the Winter Haven, Florida Wal-Mart Distribution center to deliver a truckload of coffee creamer. I was sent away because I am 3 hours early. I asked if there was a Walmart Supercenter nearby so I could go do a bit of shopping and maybe get myself a pedicure while I wait. The response from the Wal-Mart representitive was that "NO, I could not go there and park AND that the DOT has been patroling this WM Supercenter to have trucks towed". I said, "Where do you suggest I go park?" he told me to try the Pilot in Haines City ..."if you can get in..." It is Noon and sure enough the place is PACKED, except for the paid parking row that is half empty .... so Wal-Mart again brings the traffic to this town which has obviously pissed off the residents who are tired of seeing trucks at the shopping centers and no one educating them that we shop too! we spend money in your local economy when you let us.

Today im going to recive a Money when is my tourn the associate Tell me im in the wrong place and send me to other place ( a new place) si its ok when the other associate see me she Tell me she cant attend me because is closet @5:30 si i need go back yo the first place the first associate tell me she need the reference number for give me the Money i know she can put my name with my ID ( im work in Walmart before) but its ok , i come back in 30 minutes i think i dont need do it the line again but she see me and she ignore me and attend the line so im ask if i need do they line and she Say YES. (REALLY?? For third time)but Thanks God the coustumer in turn has best cutomer service and give me the Turn. You need look the face from the associate. I have the receipt for this transaction maybe her number is here.... HORRIBLE

I want to start by saying that the employees and manager were very polite and friendly. This negative review is against Wal-Mart and not the employees! My pregnant wife and I are on vacation and went inside to buy a grill. The grill we wanted did not have any on the shelf but the employee said they had 14, 20 min after looking he got the manager who looked for another 44 min the manager said they cant find them. The next grill is 147 bucks. I asked if they could reduce the price and he said no because he would be in big trouble. Very disappointed! Wal-Marts in my area would have taken care of me long before this. Said how customers turn into numbers and arent valued.
