The games are fair priced but all but 2 employees suck! Theyre ALWAYS rude, especially the one with like 900,000,000,000,000 face wrinkles and a bald head and a small chin, he either says that they dont have it and doesnt even look or says they do have it but they really dont, otherwise the majority of the staff is OK.

I usually like this place and the employees, but I went to trade XBox 360 in for a fat PS3 that I was told they had for $80. After receiving poor customer service and waiting on employee to finish being rude I was informed that they didnt even have the Ps3 in stock. Even though I called twice and went in and was told.

I have a love hate relationship with this store. Most days I love it but they have one employee that just irks me. Hes lazy, rude and 90% of the time he looks hungover. I try to ignore him when hes there but all in all its a good shop.

Great selection of videogames. You can exchange your used ones too. I usually shop online and pick up at this store or the Lake Wales mall store. Starting to play again and bought a XBox one. Super fun..

They give u a life time guarantee on their used games for like $2.00. As long as u bring in the case and the damaged game, no matter if its in pieces, they will replace it. Love it!
