My aunt was quoted a price of 1,100.00 on four appliances. She was willing to pay cash. The salesman offered her interest free financing for a year. After agreeing to take the financing the her credit was approved he was compiling the order and admitted he made a mistake in price and attempted to charge her over 1600 dollars. In my opinion this is an unethical business practice. I talked with the sales operation of the area who said he has never seen this situation before but offered nothing to close the deal or rectify the incorrect quote. I am going to reach out a friend of mine who an attorney and find out of it is in fact illegal to quote someone a price and proceed to run credit and try and change the agreed upon price.

Theres an issue with the dryer I purchased last month because it takes at least 3 cycles to dry the clothes. I called the store to see what the return policy was because clearly there is something wrong with that and the response I received from the someone with the worst customer service was that "we dont accept returns" . It hasnt even been a complete 30days and the rebuttal I got was "there were 29 days in February" . I am still in the 30 day time frame so what does that have to do with anything????!!!! That was my first and LAST purchase from this company. Also make sure your receipt matches the product purchased because mine didnt and neither did my serial number. #Fraud

DO NOT BUY FROM APPLIANCE DIRECT I Spend 1300 on a washer and dryer dryer opens the wrong way they are going to fix that but im going tomorrow and return them dryer is worthless you have to run it 2 sometimes 3 times to get your cloths right...called to get it returned they refused even though the website says 30 day no hassle return they are refusing after only 7 days because it was used how do i know if it works well if I dont try it

I drove by this place all the time but never went in before. I decided to come here to look at a washer and dryer for my mom since hers broke. The salesman was nice and knew a lot. I was a little surprised when I saved a lot of money on the washer and dryer set compared to Home Depot. I was also able to get them delivered the next day instead of having to wait a week. Overall a good experience and I’d recommend them to a friend.

First of all I was very happy with all the info I was given, they were knowledgeable about their products and honest about things that didnt even come to mind. The manager Luis, was quite helpful, I will be coming back again for my next buy, I highly recommend their service!!

This place is a scam! I brought a washer here and it never worked. I called twice for repairs with a warranty and they lied and said they would send someone out to fix it and never did. I shouldve known something was up when they delivered in a uhaul truck. I will never buy anything from this place again.

I went to AD looking for a dishwasher and I had already been to Lowes to price them. I was shocked to see how over-priced AD was!! They had the same brands as Lowes for way higher prices. The ones that were priced reasonably were junk. Went back t Lowes.

Purchased a freezer only recently. Customer service was excellent and the delivery men were on time and friendly. The freezer would be better if it had a power light. Would purchase from Appliance Direct again.
