I was in an aisle trying to read instructions on products to figure out if it was what I wanted and meanwhile a very loud forklift is being used in the next aisle. I tried to ignore it and keep reading but that terrible loud beeping noise! Then I had two different men come in the aisle and try to see if I needed help. Turned both away because I simply wanted to read the instructions. Then a third man comes in and asks if I need help. No, I just want to read the products... He then asks if I could leave the aisle because they wanted to take palettes down from up above and it would only take a few minutes. I leave dumbfounded as he closes a gate so no one can enter the aisle again. I have never been asked to leave an aisle like that before. I stare at them while a few other people gather around waiting for them to be done too. I decide to walk around a bit and when I went back, they still werent done. Thanks for closing aisles off to customers who actually wanted to buy something. Thought about getting the manager but figured if the employees didnt care about customer satisfaction then neither did they. Now I drive out of my way to go to Lowes, who have never made me feel like an inconvenience...

Worst experience ever! Purchased laminate flooring to be installed in my house, built in 2007 and after ripping up the carpet, prepping the floors, and picking up the product myself, the installers show up telling me that it will be an additional $900 to prep my floors. When I contacted the manager, he was no help in regards to this situation. Then on top of it, I purchased this flooring with the home depot credit card, agreeing to the terms "6 months, no interest" and when I received my 2nd bill I was charged interest! This corporation is running a scam and their customer service is the worst! I will honestly never walk into another home depot in my life! Save yourself a headache and go to Lowes or any other home improvement store!!!!

Had a Toro mower (under warrantee) problem and took it to the Wadsworth store as instructed by the Montrose store. I figured the motor had seized up and was shot. They agreed to send it to Toro for evaluation. Instead they sent it to Home Depot Indianapolis for a tune up which cost me $82 and didnt resolve my problem. Now I have a mower that has been gone most of the summer, takes 27 pulls to start has little power and blows smoke. I contacted Toro and they informed me that the HD folks dont have the skill set to fix Toro products and I am probably out the money and time lost. Thumbs down on the Wadsworth store for wasting my time and money.

Great if you know what you want and where to find it. If you have to rely on the staff for assistance, be prepared to wait and receive only remedial assistance. This is a typical big box home improvement store where the weekend warrior and pro alike can get what they need to do ish the job.

Im a contractor and Im in this store just about everyday 5 to 6 days a week. Ive been in all the other Home Depot Store in NE Ohio and the staff and professionalism at the Wadsworth, Ohio Store are by far the best and most pleasant Ive encountered.

Highly recommend this Home Depot. Purchase most of my hardware needs here. Also, their rental department is top notch. Just rented a gas powered concrete saw for my basement and it was flawless.

I go to the Wadsworth store all the time. Good product selection, decent prices and generally great customer service. I cant say the same for the guys across town (Lowes).

Looking for a specific window well cover you had on line that there was 25 available and to there where only 6. Two where damaged. I needed six and went to Lowes.

Finding things can be a challenge at times but the staff is helpful in that regard. Sometimes lacking in subject matter of their products though.
