It took me 45 minutes to return a TV. At the end of the store where merchandise returns is located, a woman redirected me to take my item (a 40 inch plasma TV) to the electronics department. On my way there, there are like 7 people standing in a group right in the middle of the store. I ask one of them if I am supposed to take the TV to the electronics department. She seemed confused, said no, but told me to just go there. No clarification or assistance from her. Once I am there, I am told I was not supposed to bring the TV, but leave it at merchandise return and receive a ticket from them. The employee did not know what to do. He went to speak to someone and returned 5 minutes later and said he could complete the return process there. He did not enough money and had to go elsewhere. I waited 30 minutes for to finish my return process. It seems that other employees could not use the computer he was using to complete my return process and where upset. These 2 women did not hide that they where unhappy. Very unprofessional. I am very disappointed with my experience at this Sears. Most of the employees are standing around socializing. I stood at the cashiers for 30 minutes (it took this long for $400 to be returned to me) and watched them do nothing. How about you grab an employee manual and be more informed on the simplest tasks, such as proper return process of an item and help a customer instead of dumping them on another employee because youre too lazy. I will not be returning to this Sears.

This store has major mold issues in the walls/ventilation system (Same with Macys and Dillards) soo unhealthy. Anyway nice selection of tools and good sales. The employees are just ok, but watch out for the black assiatant manager in tools, first class jerk with no people skills what so ever. Oh and dont sign up for sears club email deals, you cant opt out (even though I unsubscribed numerous times) and they sent you dozens of emails all day long 24/7 nonstop. Dozens of employees just standing around talking with each other ignoring customers, wake up sears you suck! ...UPDATE: Sears nation wide are closing down in record numbers and their stock is worthless, sears will soon be a thing of the past, their neglect of stores and customer service will be their demise. Think its not true, just google it for yourself.

Terrible delivery service. First time the delivery people refused to take the doors off the refrigerator to fit it through the door - even though our receipt specifically required it. Then they left without delivering the refrigerator. The refrigerator was rescheduled for delivery two days later. That morning we get a call from the delivery service saying they werent going to deliver the refrigerator because they found a ding in the refrigerator and that delivery would be rescheduled but they didnt know when. Still waiting - not going to buy any more appliances from Sears - next time Im going to Home Depot.

We are totally unhappy with our sales experience. We were told wed have our appliances over a week ago. Lots of automated crap and re-routing when I called to inquire, not to mention a pre-paid $70 delivery fee, which is non-refundable. Was told that even if I wanted to pick them up that I couldnt and that it still wasnt refundable anyways. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else.

Im not much in favor of the Sears gimmicks offering discounts, points, and daily email offers. But, the store does have pretty much anything you need from clothes to electronics, although not always at the best prices. The store is well organized and merchandise attractively arranged. It does seem to not be crowded anytime Im there so easy to browse around the departments.
