Thrilled with my purchase. ..so far! ! Beautiful GE Profile washer with a touch pad - 150, a kenmore never used dryer, just a scratch and dent from Sears. And also an LG Refrigerator with freezer on bottom. 250. They are not new folks, maybe 5 yrs each, but they work great and they look good too. You can tell they werent used hard. Times are tight for me at the moment so I did the next best thing. They give you a 30 day warranty. If they die after 30 days, believe me, you will be hearing from me on here! And they will be hearing from me too!******************okay - 3 weeks later****** washer stopped working, came out within 3 days and brought me another . Looks newer and better. Washing now, crossing fingers!

I was searching for a quality built, older Maytag Washing machine. I visited every "used appliance" retailer in Naples and Fort Myers area. I visited this place last, as it was farthest from my home. However, this place is the Best. "Seen the rest, found the best". Sincere friendly service, very good reputation, been in business for many years. And Ian went out of his way to accomodate me with my purchase pick-up. And they offer a 30 Day Warranty on everything they sell.

Purchased a used dryer. Motor locked up within six months. Their tech missed the service appointment (a window of several hours). Finally got a $70 visit to tell me the motor was locked up. Suggested buying a new motor, which cost more than the dryer did.. then tried to get me to just come in and buy another dryer. No thanks.

I purchased a fridge from them and within 9 months a new fan and control board is needed. We got an estimate to replace both for $829 which was $200 more than what the fridge cost and told us there was nothing they could do for us.

They stand by there appliances.. We had a refrigerator break a little bit past or 90 day warranty and they still let us bring it back and replace it.. Very good people.
