Dont waste your time or money. I wouldnt even give one star if Google didnt force you. They only accept cash because they will not give you a refund no matter what and you have no recourse. You are at their mercy and they are totally unreliable. We have had nothing but problems from the delivery being hours late to the washer not working. They promised to deliver first thing in the morning and showed up at noon. Then told me I was being unreasonable because it was "just a late delivery". As if my time was not worth anything. The washer does not work and they have, so far, set up 2 appointments to come fix it and have not shown up yet. Always an excuse. " I got stuck at another job"... "my truck broke down".... Im sure something else will happen next time because, as I said before, you have no recourse, you are at their mercy and they are unreliable. Your time does not mean ANYTHING to them. They have no respect for you or your time. DO NOT buy from these people.

The warranty is crap. I was told since I didnt have it delivered that they couldnt come to my home and fix it. Mind you it broke in under 30 days and is filled with water and wont drain. I was told to take it to a separate location . Seriously Craigslist is a better bet and cheaper.

Sold us a washer and dryer that didnt even work. They have a 60 day warrenty but wouldnt even let us return or replace it. So what is the 60 day warrenty even for??!! The manager used foul language when confronted about this. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND ZERO PROFESSIONALISM.
