I bought a $350 pressure washer from Sears with a 3 year warranty 3 years ago. The pressure washer wasnt used often, but literally broke every single time it was used. It has been "repaired" atleast 5 times since it was purchased..3 of those times being in the past year. We were initially told the machine would be completely replaced since each time it had the same issue by corporate...but of course we take it in to the repair center and they know nothing about it. I decided I was fixing the POS 1 more time and and getting rid of it since it was about to be out of warranty. They had the pressure washer almost a month this last time before I receive a call saying it is ready. I went to to pick it up this last time and they have lost the wand for it. I was told that they had no documentation of having the wand and then she argued with me that they only have a record of the machine being repaired 1 time in the past 3 years. After much arguing they gave me a wand to another pressure washer they had that doesnt even have the same attachments mine did. I was told I I wasnt satisfied I could go buy the accessories for it...for something I didnt loose but they insist they never had. Speaking to a manager or cooperate is a complete joke. If they wouldnt have had the "extra wand" they wouldnt have replaced it at all. With the way they do business they deserve to go out of business!

Disclaimer I am very angry right now and this will reflect in my review. Stay away from automotive! Zach checked me in for an oil change, after a conversation about oil covered uniforms he agreed to be the only person driving my truck. So Sean the tech does what he wants, insisting that he must be in the cab of my truck with his dirty clothes just to do an oil change. When I confronted Zach about him being the only driver of my car, Sean became very aggressive and got in my personal space. We were very close to fist fighting on the shop floor. At this point a simple sorry would have called me down and I would have let the whole thing go, but instead all I received was more arguments and aggression. Tari the manager offered nothing but excuses for Seans Behavior, making me feel as if I was in the wrong. Just a little piece of advice if youre going to manage in the customer service industry and a customer asks for something and you agree to it maybe you should actually honor that agreement and if you cant dont get an attitude and aggression towards the customer that is a sure way to sink your business. Nobody became concerned or interested in anything I had to say until I started asking for names and then the whole tone of the conversation changed. Sears is a dying business, it would seem everyone whos smart enough to be any good there has already left.

On 02/06/2014 I went online and purchased a garage door opener as well as installation services. The product was installed on 02/14/2014 by Sears with no problems. 2 weeks after installation the system started having problems. The remotes do not work to close the door only to open. When I contacted Sears today for the second time a manager named Armando told me there would be a $75.00 service fee. He said if the machine was damaged it would be covered under the warranty, however if it needed to be adjusted due to poor installation I would have to pay the price. I strongly believe this is the poorest possible service I have ever received especially considering the size of Sears. So now here I sit with a receipt greater than $300.00 with a product that only does half the job it was built to do. Great job Sears, I see how youve made your fortune, install products improperly and charge the customer. I guess thats the Sears way...

So, Sears just lost another lifetime customer. I have sworn by Sears appliances for 30 years. I would not put anything else in my home. Not anymore. My husband & I bought a new washer & dryer a few years ago. We were trying to decide between 2 sets. The deciding factor was that the one we bought had a neat feature - if something went wrong with either one, you could call a number and put your phone near the washer, punch in a code, and the washer would "talk" to the technician. I called yesterday for the first time to be told that department no longer exists and we will have to pay an $89 service call fee!!! We already paid more for the washer and now we have to pay a fee. My washer would still "talk" but no one is there to listen. I guess this is why Sears is closing so many stores! Poor customer service! #sears #poorcustomerservice

I went for an oil change the bastard left all the bolts and screws under my hood loose so the air was pulling in the engine making my car sound like an Honda civic the loud noise vmmmmm vmmmmmn vmmmmmm come to find out Nissan auto pulled the hood up everything was loose a 1 minute job!! I have a 2010 Nissan Altima two door coupe I repeat dont not let them work on your car! They had my car @5:30pm I closed the shop as well 7pm plus they told me they didnt have enough time to rotate the tires wow really Sears!

Ordered a washer from the store and was expecting delivery on a certain day. Arrived to pick it up and it wasnt delivered as planned and wasnt expected for a whole week after date. Was leaving for vacation and needed to clean clothes. Spoke with SM Chuck and he provided me with a loaner until my washer came in, which was completely out of his control. Great Customer Service!

I went on the Sears website to try and find some Craftsman(Sears) garden gloves or cloth gloves so I could work in my garden. I know Craftsman is a great quality product. Every time I went on their website, it would repeatedly crash even if Im not doing anything to affect the server.

because of some employees wanting to charge a 15 percent restocking fee if the box is open. Now the question is how do u know if the product is working or not mmm, so it really doesnt matter.... They want to charge money for some product that you spend your hard earn money.

Horrible customer service. They tell fibs about whats wrong with you car to get you to buy stuff. Overcharge you. They arrested me. Half of the recliners had no pull bar to recline them. Their free waters samples were located RIGHT BY THE BATHROOM! Absolutely disgust!

No wonder Sears are cloaing stores everywhere. Its crazy that you cant even exchange clothing with a receipt after 30 days. I dont live close to store either 30 minute drive, there and back home so Im on the road for a hour. I will not ever shop at Sears again.

They have someone who fixes watches. Hes really good man. He fixed my watch up, which no one could fixed it for over a month. I recommend everyone to check him out.
