I live in the small community of Newland and I have always purchased my products out of town where the prices are usually cheaper. Kohler appliance will match the prices of other stores merchandise (new, not scratch and dent) so that you dont need to drive far out of town to purchase an appliance; waste gas and time. I do not intend on purchasing another appliance anywhere else for that reason from now on. I cannot say enough about how honest, ethical, kind and helpful Scott and Deborah have been to our family! They truly put the customer first and go above and beyond what any other out-of-town retailer would do. They have great sales on their appliances and strive to make your purchase completely satisfying. I could not believe how they helped me with a problem on an appliance I had not purchased from them. They saved me a lot of money from their suggestions on repairs and I will recommend them and purchase from them from now on! Buy from them...you wont be disappointed!!! :)

Our family is fairly new to the area but Kohler appliances were consistently recommended to us as where to buy appliances for our home.We purchased a fridge and now looking at a dishwasher.
