I sincerely wish that I could rate this less than one star. I purchased a samsung galaxy tab kids edition roughly 4months ago, with the ADH protection ($39extra). The associate assured me that the protection plan covered EVERYTHING, he literally said "you could run it over with your truck and it will still be covered." I asked to see that in writing and he told me, well I can email the policy to you when you sign up. Fast forward to today, I attempt to exchange the tablet because my daughter spilled something on it, and geeksquad tells me that it isnt covered because it was submerged in liquid. First of all it was not submerged, and second, I was told that liquid damage was covered, but apparently that was a blatant lie just to get me to spend another $39 on a USELESS protection plan. I spoke to the manager, whose basic attitude was "oh well." I attempted to give him the employee number of the associate but he didnt want to hear it because he had no interest in customer service or honoring promises made by HIS employees. So now I will be purchasing another galaxy tab from Radio shack, which is where I should have went to begin with, since I have never had a problem with them honoring their promises. I chose best buy because they were $5 cheaper than Radio shack and Walmart, but after buying the worthless protection app AND purchasing another tablet I will have wasted roughly $234 plus fuel and time; however,its a small price to pay to find out what kind of people are running this place. Hope it was worth it BEST BUY, cause that $234 is the last money you will ever get outta me.

I went in to get something pretty basic since I dont know much about computers and to be honest I really dont care. What did I get? The best customer service ever.!!!! I asked her with what Im going to be doing in the future and because Im starting school what would best be recommended and not only did she recommend a product she gave me information on both products, she gave me a better understanding in the laptop Department. She matched me to the perfect laptop and I let her know about my budget and she brought me all the deals at Best Buy was having and she helped me out so much I could not be more happier with the service that she gave me. She also didnt go all crazy and got me a $2,000 computer since honestly I didnt need it. So pretty much I got an amazing laptop for an amazing good deal from the best employee I think they have their I wish I could give 10 Stars. I believe her name was Shaniyah or Shauna. Definitely when I find out her name I will update this post. Highly recommended.

The service is horrible and the products are wayyyyyy over priced. Went in the other day looking for a new computer. After browsing around and looking for someone to help I finally tracked someone down after about 20 minutes. Thats strike number 1. There is no way it should take 20 minutes to find help. Then the guy had no clue what he was talking about. I literally knew more about computers than him. Strike 2. Lastly, I was cheking out an hp all in one and it was like $200 more than the same exact model I saw at walmart. When I brought that to his attention he just shrugged and said the price is what it is. Strike 3. And for the bonus round...their extended warranty service is also the highest around. Target and walmart have decent prices but theirs is ridiculous. They have horrible service, employees that are no where near knowledgeable and take pride in ripping people off...will never shop here again...EVER!

Worst customer service EVER!!! Ive stood around this store several times and have never received the help I needed. On my last trip to the store I was looking for an iPod shuffle charger (4th generation). After standing around for 20 min I finally found someone and asked her if they had the charger in stock. She told me the charger had been discontinued and the only place to find them was to go to an Apple store. I told her I had just seen the charger at Target for $19.99 and I had seen it on the best buy website too. She didnt know what to say afterwards, she didnt even try to find it she just immediately said they didnt have it. I will take my business elsewhere now.

Horrible, I took back a laptop within 14 days of buying that had faulty parts... Every other Best Buy I have been to has replaced the item with a new one within this time period. This one, does NOT! They said they would fix it with Geek Squad and put a rush on it because my laptop is needed EVERY DAY for school. I was quoted 3 days with a rush, fast forward 3 days... I have to wait ANOTHER day. Not to mention the manager in store was rude and didnt seem too concerned as well as the woman on the phone when I called only to be told to wait another day, which they never called to notify me about. GO ELSEWHERE. Other Best Buys, great! This one is not.

Awesome Experience. Love this place!! Ive been looking to purchase a Galaxy Gear S3 Frontier watch but they are and have been sold out everywhere. Sunday I was there and the Samsung rep put me on a waiting list, today Ben called to tell me my watch is there! Ben was kind enough to un pair my old S2 watch and setup my new S3 and pair it to my Note5. I really like this store, everyone is friendly, Im always greeted promptly and employees always go above and beyond to make each experience awesome. Just a great place to go and I look forward to each visit. Thanks Best Buy Lakeland, you all ROCK!!!

2nd time I have been ripped off. Went to get Watch Dogs 2 for PS4 which says in stock. Get there and was told it is in stock but after the guy went looking for it came back and said that someone made a mistake and that it wasnt brought in yet. Then I get told that it wasnt released the same day as the normal edition which after getting home and looking I found out that the game came out the same day as standard edition did. Dont like to be lied to so until they prove to me they wont lie to customers like they have done then they will stay a 1 star from me.

Drove all the way from Bartow to get a phone holster as it said online that it was available. Got there and none to be found. The staff was helpful and said that I could pick one up in the Verizon store at Lakeland mall down the street. As for this Best Buy it has all the typical electronics, parking is easy, large store with good selection of 4G TVs. Always fun to visit Best Buy. Near I-4 as it is the only Best Buy near Lakeland and is North of I-4. Wish they had one in Winter Haven or Lake Wales. The one in Davenport too far.

Will HANG UP on you if they cant help you! Dont bother with this store! Never answer phone. Geek Squad reps are smug and have bad attitudes! Called about my warranty that expired and the girl treated me like I was an idiot for waiting a few months to call. Im not sorry that I have a family and responsisbilities! She offered to redirect me and then HUNG UP ON ME. Then refused to answer my calls but answered calls feom my boyfriends phone. Ridiculous behavior for customer service! Store manager doesnt care either.
