I bought a top of the line whirlpool refrigerator that was supposed to come with a nice bluetooth speaker for the top of it. It had to be ordered in because we didnt want the floor model. I drove back down over 50 miles one way and they had ordered the wrong color. I complained about having wasted my time and day off for nothing so they agreed to cover the cost for delivery. The fridge was delivered but no speaker. We called and asked where the speaker was and the salesman told us some bullshit about the color that we chose didnt come with a bluetooth speaker. And then he was saying that it was because they had to pay for delivery. All I have to say is that if this is how they want to treat their loyal customers then I will look elsewhere for the rest of our appliances. We have bought many appliances from them in the past and we planned on buying the whole rest of the kitchen appliances from them. I am so pissed because I feel that they have stolen from me. I could have bought the same model fridge without the speaker for a lot less money than what I spent.

I bought a chest freezer on Aug. 8th. It wasnt in stock and had to be ordered. At time of purchase I was told it would take up to ten days. Ive called twice and has visited the store. Today is Aug. 22, and I still havent received it yet. Its been almost three weeks. Its way past 10 days. I tried to cancel and was told they would have to charge me 20% of my purchase price if I wanted to cancel the item that was supposed to have been here days ago. Im very disappointed. Tomorrow will be 16 days. Ive learned my lesson. Get a for sure statement on a delivery date before purchase.

This is a good store if you’re looking for the best deal around. It’s a no frills store that got me what I needed quick. Came in to replace my broken refrigerator and got set up with a new Whirlpool for $150 less than I would have spent at Lowes. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for good value on brand name appliances.

I went to their website to check prices, I do not usually bother with companies that do not list the sale price of the items, but I thought I would call to get the sale prices. The salesman was very RUDE and told me to go their website. Sorry, if you dont put the sale price, I DONT BUY FRO YOU!!

always cheaper than HD or lowes . We bought a refrigerator and they actually followed us home with it - Fasted delivery ever. Some times hhgregg runs a super special with a rebate card however. so check all 4 places .

Bought a new Whirlpool range from here and it’s a hit. Convection cooking is great and cooks meats thouroughly. Love the large window. Only minor issue is it takes longer to preheat than my last range.
