This company is ran by a bunch of thugs who cant work anywhere else. I rented from them because theyre a tad bit cheaper than the others. They delivered by sofa, table, & a few weeks later I got my TV. Once I got my sofa, something looked off about it... I let it go until I went into the store after about a month & saw the sofa I had picked out, still sitting in the same spot. I didnt say anything, but went home & compared the info on the paperwork to the sofa they delivered.... They scammed me. I quit paying for it. They started with the calls, then showed up to my house. Had me "served" with papers for civil court. Those turned out to be fake, as I called the courthouse & there was no case against me. After the fake court date, they resumed their calls, saying the sheriff was scheduled to come out with them. I let it all be recorded on my voicemail for proof. Im at work all day, but my neighbor kept telling me they sounded like they were trying to beat the door down, so I installed the camera where once someone steps on the trigger under the outside map, I can watch them from an app on my phone. They beat so hard on my door today that Im pretty sure they left a dent. So, Ill take pictures when I get home. I have a lawyer involved & Im building a case against them. I wouldnt suggest ANYONE go to this rental company, especially if you are easily intimidated. I dont have their furniture anymore, as I replaced it with what I wanted. I wouldve just let them come get it, but on principle, I wanted my money back that I spent on junk. I believe in karma & theyll get whats coming to them all in due time.

Spartanburg SC. We have used them for the last 5+ years. Last year we rented a washer and dryer. Well the dryer was making a loud noise so they had to exchange it. The delivery driver was drunk when he got to our place. He put the newer (used) dryer in the kitchen while he got the old one out. Well he try to slide the newer used dryer out of his way and he made a spot (indection) in the floor. So when he took the older dryer out to the truck my husband looked at the floor. My husband went outside and told the driver that he messed our brand new floor up. (We had just moved in our new place) He got mad about it. Well the main office just gave us the used washer and dryer. They would not pay to have our floor fixed. Home depot came out and done an estimate. It was almost $2000 bc of the floor we have. Plus i have an island in the middle of my kitchen with power to it. So today my husband called 5 star wanting to rent a 32 inch tv for our bedroom. Well the manager told him they could not rent to us anymore per coporate. What kind of business does this.

Please do not ignor this review, i recently rented merchandise from five star, the initial customer service was pleasant, but after two days, we began to see roaches, its been one month today, so I contacted five star to inform them of the problem. I had to speak with two different people, who basically said, "ITS NOT OUR PROBLEM" Since my home is new we had to hire a professional to spray for roaches. If you dont already have roaches, dont rent from this company, unless they agree to have your home sprayed if the situation arise, or compensate you if you have to hire someone.
