The appliances they sell are good but buyer beware if you do buy the warranty. I had fridge issues with the ice maker / water dispenser. I battled with Gulf Coast Appliance, the warranty service provider, for almost a month and the Gulf Coast Appliance office staff are just plain rude. Never have I had worse service. I would prefer the appliances not break at all, but if they do, then I expect prompt, courteous service from the repair personnel. This is not being provided by the service subcontractor. Update: I received a call the day after posting this review from Good Deals to offer help in resolving this issue. They too were concerned about the level of service provided by Gulf Coast Appliance. A repair happened today (3/15) and all are confident the leaking ice maker / water dispenser issue is finally resolved. I still have concerns about warranty issues in general as Good Deals subcontracts out the warranty work so the level of service you get depends on which company is selected to do the work. However, I am satisfied with the help provided by Good Deals to resolve the issue.

Just bought a refrigerator. Was directed towards the Whirlpool with the ice maker in the door. Saves soooo much room, the salesman told us. I asked him point blank if there were any other issues, and he said " maybe a little noisier, but other than that, it was great". So, we get home, and find out that the ice maker does not dispense properly, and very often, ice gets hung up in the chute door that seals the ice bucket and freezer from the outside world. Needless to say we come home to water on the floor and the ice bucket has defrosted to the point of one giant cube. The last call they returned they simple said "get used to it!" So now every time you get ice, you have to feel under the chute to see if there is any ice hung up. Also make sure any guests you have know they need to check the chute, And empty the ice bucket once a week or so. NEVER AGAIN!

My husband and I came to compare prices after going to a couple of scratch and dents as well as browsing clearance and open box areas of some of the home improvement stores. Steve approached and helped us as soon as we walked in giving us our time and space to compare. He was nearby to respond to any questions we had or to provide helpful tips. The prices are great and competitive. The appliances are up to date. We informed Steve we were going home to discuss and in return he gave us a quart of Breyers ice cream just for stopping by. A nice gesture which he really did not have to do because the following day we came back and made a purchase. It was great doing business with them.

I only wish I had read these reviews before I went to Good Deals Appliances. The delivery men damaged my house and Good Deals wont stand behind them to fix the damage. I fight with them on the phone every day. I have also been lied to - the store states that their delivery guy who is coming to fix the damage he did to my house has talked to me on the phone and made appointements with me and then claims that I wasnt home when he got here. They are total liars. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB and next Im going to dispute the charge with Visa to see if they can be of any help. Do yourselves a favor - DONT BUY FROM GOOD DEALS.

Salesman Peter was knowledgeable. Prices were lowest in town. Delivery was next day. Delivery drivers Bill and Gary where clean, well spoken, and friendly. They solved a problem I had with my main water line. And they waited patiently as I cleaned the space for the new appliance. I thought that they would rush me, but they were kind and respectful. They waited to make sure everything worked properly, and cleaned their fingerprints off of my new washer and dryer. I will go back on Good Deals.

First off Jay and his wife run an excellent business. Jay has a heart of gold and recently donated a brand new front loader washer and dryer along with pedestals to a North Fort Myers lady who was recently involved in a tragic accident. This was a huge donation for the woman and her children. Jay when asked never even thought about it he just replied "tell me where we need to deliever it". Hats off to Good Deals and Thank you for helping out others within the community.

Best in Florida! I was shopping for a while around Broward County, where i live, found Good Deals online. i called and asked if they would deliver to Broward, Peter the manager was so helpful. Delivery and set up went amazingly well and easy. They were here when they said, even called 30 minutes prior to let me know. I never thought i would be so excited to talk about my washer and dryer! I will definetly be spreading the word about online ordering from Good Deals!

The general manager and the owner both were present at the time of my purchase and offered their expertise as well. I was shopping for a new stacking washer/dryer. Since I have 32 years of professional purchasing experience, I did lots of research ahead of time. My decision narrowed to two national stores and Good Deals Appliances. Besides being less expensive, Good Deals offered "same as cash" financing (vs low interest financing from others). Also, they were the only one who had totally free delivery, set up, and haul away!

Im SO glad I stopped in here instead of going to the two close by big box stores. I love these people, they gave me an amazing deal and they were super nice. You could tell by their attitudes that they really enjoy what they do and enjoy working there. Well I enjoy buying there so from now on this is where I buy appliances.
