I ordered a refrigerator through Home Depot and set up delivery for a Saturday. When the delivery guys came, they informed me that the model I had ordered was too big to fit through the doorway from my living room to the kitchen. He wrote down the measurememts of my door and advised that I go back to Home Depot to select another model that would fit. He even told me I could probably get the new one delivered the same day as it was still very early. I rushed to Home Depot to find a smaller model. I measured the model I had already purchased and it measured under the size that he suggested. I called "reliable" appliance back to explain to them that the model on their truck that I ordered does in fact fit and asked if they could bring it back. I was told absolutely not, Id have to reorder and wait until Wednesday. I am just completely in shock as to why they refused to rectify a mistake that they made. Someone in upper management told me that I should have got on the truck myself to measure the refrigerator before letting them leave... Indicating I should not have trusted their professionals to be capable of using a tape measure. I live less than 10 minutes from the warehouse and even told them I would be home all day and they could bring it back after the other deliveries but was told my request could not be accommodated. So instead of bringing my refrigerator to my home & making me happy after their mistake as the fridge was still on the truck, they wpuld prefer to unload it, put it back in the warehouse, have me wait 4 days, take time off work, just to redeliver it.

I do not recommend this company. They refused to install my dishwasher since the shut-off valve is downstairs instead of under the sink. They asked me to have a plumber come out, disconnect the old dishwasher, then they will take my old dishwasher, deliver my new dishwasher, ...oh and then I have to pay my plumber to come back out to install my new dishwasher. If you have lots of time and money to waste, then use this company. And by the way, the shut-off valve is so easily accessible that I could turn off the water myself!

do not trust this company they do not know what they are doing. have no respect for personal property - they didnt even complete the job because they DIDNT know how to. i am hoping my microwave was not damaged being dropped on my floor. now to go look for broken tile or scratched cabinets. IF my microwave doesnt work someones going to have to resolve this. literally they said " we never installed a microwave before"

Home Depot Refrigerator purchase delivered yesterday. Efficient and swift removal of old frig to the garage and installation of new LARGE bottom freezer unit. Called before arriving and in about 1/2 hour everything was complete. They removed our front door and used straps attached to their bodies and not a dolly for moving. Very impressed.

My first delivery was terrible they even took my oven and washer with them without informing me. I called the corporate office the executive apologized and said they were sub contractors, they redeliver using the companies delivery team, Mike was in charge and was the BEST

Company was very poor communicators and contracted by Home Depot to deliver a washing Machine. I will not order from Home Depot again because of my experience and ended up canceling my order because they forced me to reschedule my delivery a whole other week out.

They SUCK! Truck driver did not even get out of truck. Did not deliver appliance. They lied to their dispatcher. Dispatcher claimed there was nothing she could do. Dont buy appliances from Home Depot if you need them delivered!
