The older gentleman that works here has absolutely no patience and is very aggressive. The other guy is very patient and knowledgeable he should be the one running the place as the older gentleman seems to always turn to Him for answers. Ive purchased here several times and dealt with the younger gentleman several times and had absolutely no problems he always helped me out within a few minutes. I came into the store today with a piece of a burner that I needed to replace from my stove and was berated by the older gentleman like I was an idiot for not being able to tell him about the part he had in his hands.... I thought he was supposed to be an expert? All I needed was a little 6 inch hose with connector on one side and threads on the other.

I spoke to Jim the owner today because our 4 year old LG Front Load Washer has loose bearings and weights and LG will not cover that and he offered to look into parts and repair cost. He called me back to give me an approx. price range and gave me his honest opinion and told me that it wouldnt be worth neither of our time to do the repair work. The appliances now a days are all junk and not the same as what they were 20+ years ago. I asked him if he would recommend a front load or top load and what brand and he said go with a top load and a Whirlpool. I want to thank him for taking time out of his busy day to help me resolve my issue even though he didnt make a dime off of us. He saved us from wasting our hard earned money unlike LG.

Wow! I attempted to use this company. I spoke to Jimmy, after missing his call. He ended his call with God Bless, which led me to believe this was a great company to use. We didnt even make it past the phone call. He interrupted me over and over, after asking me to explain what was wrong. He belittled me and then had the audacity to ask if "iI wanted him to help me or not". No thank you. Ill take my business somewhere else. I was looking forward to helping support this small business. However, after this, I would recommend against this. Take your money to another small business.

Have had J & J maintain all my appliances for over 25 years! In all those years, twice there was a problem with a renewal part. Both times the part was immediately replaced with absolutely no hassle. The true measure of a vendor is how they handle a problem. J & Js business ethics are superb. Theyre honest. Ive made it a practice to NOT purchase the extended warranty if I purchase the appliance from a "Big Box" store. Dont need it because I use J & J for maintenance. If possible, I buy my appliances from J & J. . If they seem a bit short during conversation - - theyre busy ! !

Was having issues with my washer and was looking at A minimum of $350-$500 to replace it. But as a last resort I decided to call J&J appliance to see if they had any advice on how to fix it. I spoke with Jim Senior and I described to him what was going on. He gave me a most likely solution and I was able to do the repair myself in less than a half an hour. Turns out he was 100% correct and my washer is running perfectly like its brand-new. Thanks again guys and if I ever have any issues with any appliances moving forward you will be my first call instead of my last.

Yes, the older gentleman on the telephone does interrupt you while your speaking. (Gave me a bad impression at first) I can tell its not because hes trying to be rude, but very busy. He has been running this company for so many years he knows the diagnosis before you spit out your sentence .They are knowledgeable ,kind and courteous in person. I have used them to repair my freezer and to install a new dishwasher. I recommend them. Family run business.

We had this company repair few appliances for us. The guy who came out to repair appliances knows what hes doing and they know how to fix the appliances but customer service is a big issue with this company every time you try to call them the guy on the phone is very very rude I think they can do a lot more business if they can work on their customer service.

Jimmy, one of the owners has a terrible temper. It is impossible to try an work through him. I hear the techs are fine but impossible to do business with them over the phone. The person is so combative for no reason. Your service will be canceled because he talks over you and is extremely rude. Easy to find another service provider. Stay clear.
