I recently purchased a minivan from Ginn. Ive purchased many vehicles over the last 59 years and due to the dishonesty of the people that I was working with, ILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THERE AGAIN!!! I cant understand how they have a 4.1 rating. I was charged $1000 more than the price I was quoted. That is my fault for not going over the papers as close as I should have before the 3 days was up to cancel the deal. Oh I absolutely would have canceled it in a heartbeat. I was told from the sales person that the van had more options than it really has. Although those options are not concerning to me but its the principle of it. Before picking the van up it was supposed to be washed and vacuumed but it wasnt. I had to take it back for some minor repair and was having special floor mats put in. I ask several times to make sure it was vacuumed and the plastic covering to be removed before installing the mats. I was told, Definitely it would be done. When I picked it up I was told: Heres your nice clean vacuumed van all ready to go. Needless to say the idiots didnt do a thing!!! I had to remove all the mats, the plastic covering from the carpet, and vacuum the darn thing myself! Now Im having trouble with the u connect due to a release problem on their end. DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! Its so sad how people are only out for themselves and common courtesy doesnt exist anymore. I plan to buy another new vehicle in the next few months.......guess who will NOT be getting my business.

DO NOT USE.. had my truck in there for a week and they have 2 pages of error codes , but wasnt about to find out what was wrong. Was only suppose to cost $50.00 ended up costing $120.00 for them to do nothing but drive my truck and run the gas out. They are slow and dont know what they are doing. Take it to another dealer ***just telling everyone do not use this place***** I wouldnt have given them 1 star, but I had to in order to post this. Also was told they couldnt find out why my headrest broke, but was surprised to see the airbag didnt come out. Which was a good thing since I wasnt in an accident, I was simply driving down the road. So instead dodge standing behind their defected parts which can cost someone their life (when your driving down the road and your headrest breaks and the airbag does come out what do you think is going to happen. Well your head will be hit from behind and knocked down so you dont see where your going and that could cause a bad accident) they just want to say they are sorry to say I dont know why it broke and the air bag didnt do what it was suppose to do, but its going to cost you $800.00 + to fix our defected parts. Also, they state on my paperwork that that I need both front seat active headrest. So needless to say I dont have active one now.. nice job dodge...

This place is horrible! I have been here 3times in 4months with my 2015 Dodge journey. First time was a month after I purchased the car the alternator and battery went out on the side of the road and left me and my 3small children stranded it took them 3 days to get it fixed leaving me with no car as thats my only vehicle!!! Next problem was 2weeks ago it had emmison problems got that fixed and now here we sit today with the same problem!! This car only ha 32nd miles on it! Granted I did purchase it at car Max. The service here also sucks in general! Update!! Now my Dodge Journey is in the shop for the 4th time with the same admissions problem!! They have their Star Team working on the vehicle and granted they did give me a rental this time which is very helpful however this Dodge Journey has been the worst car I have ever owned in my life I will never have another one nothing but problems after problems after problems made for car payments and have had it in the shop 4 times 3 times for the same thing very frustrated and upset really just want to get rid of the stupid thing!!

This place is a joke ! I cant even explain all the issues I just had with this place! I brought a used car, not knowing it didnt come with a warranty! (I guess when I was signing papers ; I didnt read it) Ernest was my sales person, he will make sure he will make his sale. I had my car less than four months and the heater stop working. It took my mom raising hell for them to just to look at my car, when Ernest was inform about it he said he will fixed the issue. He didnt say I would had to pay for it, I thought they would do it for free. Since I only had the car for four months. GUESS wrong! Over 1000 dollars to fix my car! West the manger (I guess) has the worst attitude ever! Talked to me like a child! They will NEVER get my customer service EVER again! Worst place !

I purchased a 2009 Dodge Nitro that Ginn said was inspected before it was put on their used car lot. I paid Ginn top dollar for this used Nitro and expected more from them. Now it seems like the only thing Ginn wanted was their money and for me to sign the AS IS Warranty. I should have run when they had to get the check engine light to turn off before I could test drive the car. After I bought the car I noticed that the heater did not work along with the heated seats, 17" polished chrome wheels were only wheel covers, the Sirrus portion of the radio doesnt work and I could go on with other problems I have had but you get what I am saying. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Hello, I just wanted to throw a "huge" compliment to Maycio Vining. I was in the market for a "HellCat" Challenger and Ginn dealership had one on the lot that I was interested in. I made contact with Mr. Vining and I explain my situation about me being deployed, etc and how can we make this deal work. Well, I must say he went above and beyond and made MY day, Im now the proud owner of a HC Challenger, the price was what I wanted, everything about the car was nice. Mr. Vining also took pics and videos for me and I must say this has been the most pleasant buying experience Ive ever had. If you are in the market for a vehicle, please see Mr. Vining!

Well first I make an appointment on yesterday and they scheduled me for 8 a.m on today which I was on time . I go to check my vehicle in at service and was told it would be a few mins before it get looked at which was ok. An hour and 15 non pass by I get a call saying that waiting on my car to get looked at would not work for them they wanted me to come back on Monday. Why should I come back when I made a appointment and waited all that time if my care could not been seen you guy could have said that up front before I see people come in and get their car serviced and leave. I just dont make sense and it more but I just dont want to type it all.
