I am so beyond disappointed with the lack of professionalism I continue to experience here. My Escalade has been in the shop on 8 occasions since I bought it 3 months ago. They cant seem to figure out what the problem is and dont even fully understand whats happening, even though I have explained it ad nauseam. The last two times I came to pick it up, I didnt even take it off the lot because the problem clearly wasnt fixed. The general manager, who promised he would handle it has been on vacation for the last week or so, and the service manager is unreachable. I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but at this point, there is no doubt. I would go elsewhere for sure.

I left a very detailed review describing my awful experience with the service department about 2 weeks ago and the owner responded and asked that I speak with the general manager to discuss my situation. I went in and sat down with Mike, the general manager and explained my entire situation. He listened to my complaints sincerely. He apologized and offered me a courtesy check for all of my inconvenience. I felt a lot better about the situation when I left. I urge anyone that has an issue to go speak to him about it. Why do we even have to give 1 star again?!?? This location is very convenient, but EVERY single time Ive gone in for service, only the one who answers phone and takes payment is friendly. This place is miserable, takes long for service, and I am done.
