AFTER SPEAKING WITH THEIR HEAD MECHANIC, WE HAD OUR ROLLS ROYCE DELIVERED TO CARRIAGE HOUSE ON APRIL 4, 2013. HE INFORMED US HE WAS AN “EXPERT” AND THAT OUR MECHANICAL ISSUE (THE ALTERNATOR WAS NOT CHARGING) WOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM. HE WANTED $1,000 UP FRONT FOR A “DIAGNOSIS”. WE GAVE HIM THE MONEY. IN MID-MAY HE SAID HE NEEDED MORE TIME AND MONEY. WHEN WE WERE HESITANT, HE TOLD US THAT THE DIAGNOSIS HAD NOW BECOME A MATTER OF “PRIDE” TO HIM AND THAT HE WOULD NOT CHARGE US ANYMORE MONEY. HE WENT SO FAR AS TO TELL US THAT HE HAD A GROUP OF HIS MECHANICS WORKING ON THEIR “OWN TIME” TO ASSIST HIM IN FINDING OUT WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. HE HELD THE CAR UNTIL JULY 9, 2013 AND WHEN WE ARRIVED TO PICK UP THE CAR (ANOTHER FLAT BED RIDE!), WE HAD TO SIGN A RELEASE. TO THIS DAY HE STILL HAS NOT GIVEN US A DIAGNOSIS AS TO WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE CAR. HOWEVER, WE SHOULD NOTE THAT WHEN WE WENT TO PICK UP THE CAR, IT HAD BEEN FRESHLY WASHED. WE SENT THE CAR TO PATRICK’S IN SIMSBURY, CT. AFTER TWO DAYS IN HIS SHOP, OUR CAR WAS REPAIRED AND IN FANTASTIC WORKING ORDER. IN THE FUTURE, IF WE WANT THE WORLD’S MOST EXPENSIVE CAR WASH, WE WILL SEND OUR CAR TO CARRIAGE HOUSE.

Although I never write a review, felt I had to as the last review from "the anonymous" writer had to be a competitor or someone who didnt want to pay a bill! They are GREAT GREAT GREAT GUYS!! Knowledgable w. the best prices and service was amazing!! (1/2 the price of an authorized dealer and problem was FIXED...finally!) Bought many cars here...and plan to continue!! All I can say to other dealers/customers... BEWARE OF A GUY WHO WRITES A REVIEW ANONYMOUSLY!!! check Car Fax and ask around..you will see that other customers feel the same way about CHMC as I do!!! I found an antique Lamborghini at Carriage Motor House in Greenwich and although their website listed no price instructing users to inquire at the showroom on Greenwich Avenue , I found a vintage Ferrari at a convenient location across from the railroad station.The prices are high the service is excellent at this beautiful showroom where you will find the car of your dreams :)

Great collection of exotic cars for sale but salesman not very enthusiastic nor was he able to answer most questions on the car. Did the research myself.
