I have purchased two Jeep Cherokees Limited in the last nine months from this dealership. The first was a gift for my wife and the second because it was time to replace my vehicle. Unfortunately the first experience was not a good one. The order was mis-handled. The vehicle was ordered from the factory, the vehicle shipped on time, but did not come with the options we were told it was going to have. To make a long story short the matter was brought up to the dealership manager, Anthony who immediately took control of the purchase. He apologized and within hours found us the vehicle we had been promised. He and two of his colleagues (Chrstina Granchelli & Ed Delmonte) were also instrumental with correcting the problem. We were treated very fairly and recovery was quick. Mistakes happen, what is most important to me as a consumer is how quickly will a business recover and correct it. Thank you Anthony, Christina and Eddie. My second purchase was smooth and handled by Ed Delmonte. Due to one of our storms I needed to pick up the vehicle a day early. Ed on his day off made that happen. I do appreciate the accommodation. A couple of things I would like to point out in the spirit of continuous improvement. First, when shopping on line the "CHAT NOW" floating box where Linda introduces herself is most annoying! No matter what you do you cannot make that dialogue box go away for more than a few seconds. It hampers the shopping experience. Secondly, when I purchased my wifes Cherokee Limited the security shade in the back came with the vehicle. When I bought mine I took it for granted that it came with it as the two vehicles are almost identical in trim packages. The shade is optional. Its small things like this that become annoying. If the manufacturer is going to take a price increase so be it. But not a hidden price increase like this. Lastly, now that the sales are finalized the most important thing to me is the service area. I had to break open the piggy-bank to buy two trucks. My expectation is each will last a minimum of 200,000 miles each. My moto is: buy quality, take care of your possession, and it will take care of you. I hope my experience with the service department and longevity of each vehicle meets my expectations. Thank you for listening.

Stopped by to test drive and purchase the new cherokee. Right off the bat I felt like turning around and walking out as the Sales people had no idea what deals they have on the website. They were advertising a cherokee 4x4 for 25K brand new; Only I was looked at as if I made the whole thing up. They looked at the website and said oh yea, I guess you are right, here is the deal right here - but we dont have that one. They had me test drive one that they had on the lot and I was told they could get the one adverstised from another dealer had I liked it enough. So I got back and said lets go for it. After all I had filled out the pre-assessment for my car online with came out to a low of 6800 and a high at 7800 and I submitted it in fair condition - which it is actually in really good condition.. So they had a look and said KBB was 2000 for my vehicle. I have had other dealers give me quotes above 7K. So my guess is that the whole online deal is a huge gimmick and they did not want to get another vehicle from another lot. Essentially this was a big waste of my time and I walked away feeling pretty insulted. But I am glad I am smart enough to not get ripped off! History repeats itself...... This place is close to where I work, so 3 years later I decide to give it another go. I test drove a used cheeroke with some major transmission issues. I ask the guy how much does the new ones start at? "I could get you into one at about 30K" - Maybe slightly less with incentives. I walk through the showroom and right in the middle of the floor is a jeep advertised as 25K on the windshield. LOL this place is unreal I am thinking. Just for the hell of it I price my trade, this time being a 3 year old car with every option, KBB is 22,000 with all things considered......BOOOM> 15K is the most they will offer. Just like the time before they were about 5K off on the bid and again 3 years later ditto. This place is a Joke.

When I started shopping for a car, I mentlally prepared myself for combat. Even though I have a supplier discount, I know the reputation of car dealers in my area, and Fiat-Chrysler dealers in particular are usually at the bottom end. I expected to walk in and be told that supplier codes werent accepted, and to see a four-square even though I wasnt trading in and was handling my own financing. Never have I been happier to be wrong. :) By case of happy accident, I had sent my quote request from the office, which sent it to Jeep Chrysler Dodge City near my office instead. Christina contacted me via e-mail and even before my first visit we determined my desired specs on the car, after which I went and test drove a representative sample. And even though there were some stumbles along the way (turns out they couldnt custom order at the time and I had to adjust my specs so they could find something), we worked through them and ultimately it turned out to be a very smooth and successful transaction. No four square, just a straight out-the-door price. No attempt to push me to their financing, and we even skipped the F&I office completely, where a lot of dealers try to make extra money. Bottom line is that this was the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a car, and not only would I give them more of my business, I would send others there as well. Its worth the trip. I wish more dealers ran their businesses like Jeep Chrysler Dodge City.

I worked with Christina on my purchase of a Jeep Renegade Limited. I inquired online via True Car and she contacted me and helped make this an easy process. I went to the dealer a total of 3 times. 1st to meet her and test drive and work out the price details, it was so refreshing to work with a sales person that came across honest, and simply delivering the information and transparent. My past dealings with sale personnel has been horrible as it becomes a haggling for pricing, and pushing extra packages on you and things you really do not need to bump up pricing. I even said to her that I appreciated the manner in which she was conducting business and that it was refreshing and brief. I then came back for a second time to test drive the actual vehicle I was going to purchase and work out the final numbers and sign the contract, once again she was pleasant and the transaction was done in a matter of 20 mins, which I also appreciated. 3rd time was for pick up, I signed the financial loan agreement, and Christina spent time with me showing me all the features of the vehicle and answered any questions I had. Prior to walking out the manager made it a point to thank me for my business. Overall I had a wonderful experience, I am so happy with my purchase, the Jeep is awesome and will contact them if I have any issues. Also, I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a Jeep.
