Very bad place to do business with. Do believe all the reviews that were entered by their stuff. Just read all the raving reviews: they are so generic and praising their web page and easy of use and excellent service. Do they really think we are idiots? I made the mistake to buy my whole kitchen from them. They lied on my face multiple times. THey promised things would arrive in a few weeks, only to find out that it was a few more months! Never follow up, dont pay attention to their customer. Be very careful! Their prices are not that great. Pretty much equivalent to any other online business. So you might as well save your self the frustration.

Horrible place. It seems to me, all good reviews were written by their stuff. Don go their .Theyll rip you off. I bought from them Whirpool washer and dryer only because they assured me that I would get a Whirpool rebate and they gave me a rebate form. Whirpool company refused to give me a rebate. They said that Universal appl. and kitc. center is not a QUALIFYING retailer. Guys new that they are not a qualifying retailer that is why they gave me a rebate form for a different retailer !

The quality of work was superior; much better than any other contractor because you have a shafran construction. The materials used were of high quality. The workmen were polite,knowledgeable and always explained in detail when you have any questions. Every aspect of this project was a pleasure and the finished results are fantastic. Shafran construction scheduled many project with Bathroom remodeling.
