The prices in store are competitive and the sales reps are reasonably helpful. The delivery and installation have been kind of a nightmare. We purchased a gas stove and dishwasher from them, beginning a long saga of battles with their awful installation service. The brief version: reps on the phone will simply lie to you, repeatedly, telling you that you have an installation appointment when in fact they have not made one. Theyll promise to call you, and then will not follow through on the promise. And every time you get them on the phone, youll spend an hour on hold. The long version: 1) The initial install date was the only commitment they kept, and had the story ended here Id have been leaving a 4- or 5-star review. The new stove arrived with two dents, basically a cosmetic issue, and they offered a gift card in compensation. This wasnt outrageous. When the old dishwasher came out, it was revealed that the wiring wasnt up to modern code and wed need some electrical work to put in a new outlet before the new one could be installed. We were told we could reschedule an installation after getting an electrician to come in and take care of it. This began the long annoying saga of dealing with deceitful phone reps. 2) I called my electrician, he came within a couple of days to fix the wiring, and I promptly called Pacific Sales to reschedule installation. Spent a long time on hold, and then they scheduled me for a date a week later: Friday, June 2. Friday rolled around - no installer, no phone call from Pacific Sales. 3) I called Friday evening to follow up on what had happened. Spent more time on hold (a recurring theme), and finally got a rep. Initially they denied any record of my having an installation scheduled. I was insistent, spent some more time on hold, and then they confessed that there did seem to be a note on my file that an installer should have come out. The rep offers me an install date of Wednesday, June 7. Im fairly irate and insist that they do better, at which point the rep claims that, OK, I can get an installer first thing in the morning between 8-12 AM the next morning, Saturday, June 3. Im also to be called "first thing in the morning". 4) Saturday (today) rolls around, and the morning creeps along. No phone call, no installer. So once more I call to investigate. Spend a long time on hold. I finally get some rep who cheerily announces that I have an installation appointment for June 8 (worse than their earlier unacceptable offer of the 7th). No mention of the promise made about this morning. I insist to speak to a supervisor, which gets me put on hold for another half hour or so. The supervisor denies any knowledge of the appointment for this morning and again tries to sell me on being ok with the June 8 install date. I insist on better, and now Im offered Monday, June 5. Im pretty cynical at this point, but perhaps somebody will actually show up. If they dont, I may look into reversing the credit card charge and tell them to get their stupid dishwasher off my back patio where its been sitting for weeks.

I spent $12,000 on new appliances at this place and I have to say Im very disappointed in their service. The $1800 viking dishwasher is a joke. Ive had 3 "certified viking" technicians out to my house and none of them will admit this machine has a problem. I show them the dirty dishes after running the 2-hour cycle and they say "its the soap".. or "maybe you overloaded the machine".. hahahaha.. Ive had machines 1/3 the price of this waste can that are 10 years older and still do a better job. Apparently there is NO RETURN POLICY and NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION at this store because neither they or Viking seem to care to take care of the problem. I can almost understand because I wouldnt want this junk back either. I pray that the other appliances dont burst into flames like some reviews Ive read.

I actually had a very good experience at this store. My order was placed by a helpful sales person who still had a smile after a busy day (Muhammed). The following day, I found a cheaper advertised price for the washer and dryer I bought. This price was honored without any problems. (by Gustavo). I was told that it may take up to 3 weeks for my order to be delivered, however, there was a slight chance that it would come by the end of the week. And it did! Promptly at 9:03!

Go to Warehouse Discount Center. You want someone who is attentive to your needs and knows their merchandise. After numerous frustrations with Pacific Sales even the helper there, "Angel" suggested I go to WDC in Chatsworth and we just did and spent over 8 thousand dollars with Gail, upstairs at WDC. WE loved Gails attentiveness and got everything that we wanted. Gail even called us next day to thank us! Pacific Sales was Waaay too frustrating to Deal With! GO to WDC!!!

HORRIBLE PLACE! BEWARE!!! - SCAM!!!!! THEY SELL VERY OLD PRODUCTS AND CALL THEM "FLOOR MODELS". I GOT SCAMMED when I bought a wine cooler. They told me it was new, just a floor model. When I took it home, it never worked. When I looked up the serial number and checked with the manufacturer, they informed me that it was 7 years old! I tried calling management to come and pick it up and refund my money, but they give me the run around every time. SCAM!!!!!

In Dec. 2014 we purchased a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and washer/dryer combo from the Burbank location for a rental house we own in Burbank. All aspects of the service were top notch from the installers to a repair person who came in March 2015 for a repair to the clothes washer. Given the excellent service, plus the competitive pricing, I will definitely buy from them again.

I bought a Viking double oven and new kitchen faucet from these guys (Pac Sales in Burbank). Love their knowledge of the products. You sometimes have to wait for a CS rep to help you but know that going in. Great selection, low prices and their referrals for installation are great. I used Action Appliances for the install of the oven and they rocked.

You order - they say theyll deliver - they dont deliver. They dont call - then they say well redeliver OK. Stay home from work and they dont deliver and they dont call. Good luck. Frys is so much easier and you actually get your stuff. I cant believe Ive gone throught this twice with Pacific Sales. I thought the first time it was a fluke.

I had a great experience with Pacific Sales. I needed to get a stack kit for our washer and dryer and I called to see if they had one in stock. The sales person (Verzine) was very helpful, going above and beyond what most places normally would for a $27 item.

I dont understand the management of Pacific Sales. I have yet to find one that has good service. How they have stayed in business is beyond me.

This place is a scam. There are almost no returns, be sure you ask for all conditions and rights before buying!
