I have been a customer for many years and continue to be. Joel has always been upfront and honest, courteous and professional. His pricing is the best and I have only had one problem with the many appliances I have purchased. Once I communicated the problem to Joel, there was no hassle and he had his guys come out for the repair. My last purchase was a fridge we needed for our garage and he suggested the exact fridge we needed. He promised the delivery date and called ahead of time to assure a timely and easy delivery. I called J&R Appliance because my refrigerator stopped working on a Sunday. They said they can come out and check out my fridge on Weds. I told them I needed fast service my food was going bad. So he said Monday I will get a call...well I didnt... called them. Then they said theyll call me Tuesday...well they didnt. I called them again and asked why havent they call, were they not interested in my business? ...he answered "if the boss hasnt called you its because hes doesnt want to do it." I could have same some precious food if they werent interested in fix my fridge.

This was probably one of the most distasteful experiences i have ever dealt with in a store. The clerk (Joel by name) sat in the back watching TV and when asked if he could come into the showroom to answer some questions actually said, "I can hear you from here". When he actually did finally become coerced to grace us with his presence, he began to insult both my wife and myself. I dont know how this business has continued as long as it has with this individual, but they need to fire him. Dont bother to patronize this store. You will regret it.

I called them about selling some appliances that I no longer want. The guy was really rude and told me to call back earlier and talk to his boss and that he had told me that several times before and that I should know better than to call late in the morning. Well, I had never called this place or talked to this guy in my life and because of his attitude, I will never do business with this store. Why dont people realize that it is good business to be nice to people?

Fixed my washer, front load with no issues, fair price, showed up on time, pleasant people to work with in office and repair tech who came to my house, communicated problem and repair well. Highly recommended.
