Its hard to give even one star to Sears Delivery Service. Customer service seems totally ignorant of the delivery procedures. I spent about 3 hours on the phone with various personnel trying to work out what was SUPPOSED to be a scheduled delivery and pickup. Different advice from 3 different employees, all incorrect, led me to spend a wasted afternoon trying to get a dishwasher delivered and taken away as scheduled. I received calls that the service would happen, wouldnt happen, was changed to another day, etc. Still have not received the appliance. I will NEVER shop there again and recommend that you dont either unless you have all the time in the world to spend on the phone talking to people who dont know what theyre doing!

Their computer systems are glitchy and they dont apply the sales discounts on them, probably as a scam. And then they dont honor the rules of the sales when their mailers clearly state all kinds of crazy huge discounts on sales like and extra 15% off clearance items. The cashier girl, Katie, was doing her best with the crappy system, but the manager was a cold, bitter woman and chided her openly in front of everybody without so much as a smile to the customers. I wont be going back there again.

My wife went in to have tires checked, due to the tire monitor light coming on. After waiting for over an hour, even though they said by phone she would be in and out in 30 minutes, they said there was nothing wrong with the tires. The monitor light remained on for awhile, then went off. It just came back on, so I checked the tire pressure at home...something Sears should have done. All 4 tires were underinflated by 7 lbs. Thanks, Sears.

Good luck trying to ask a simple question about Kenmore repair parts! If you try to call the local store, you CANNOT speak to an actual human...you will get transferred to a call center and then after waiting on hold forever, your call may very well get disconnected! Highly recommend repairclinic dot com Much cheaper and MUCH better service!! Dont bother with Sears!!

I can agree totally with the other comments. Delivery and installation of a dishwasher was to occur yesterday. We have not yet gotten a call about it. We have tried contacting department managers and store manager and NOONE will even call us back. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Do not buy an appliance here...PERIOD.

We came to buy a washing machine. Andrea was the sales person who helped us. She was very helpful and informative. She showed us the customer ratings on the Sears website. She gave us her recommendation based on our stated needs and we bought it. Ill go back when we need a dryer.

Have you tried calling this place? Not exactly inviting - the phone rings for ages. When you get through, they put you on hold and then hang up! Time to take my custom elsewhere. The customer still counts I guess.

Bought a floor model refrigerator from them and paid $70 to have it delivered. They now delayed my deliver date by 1 whole week, wont refund the delivery cost, and nobody will take responsibility for it.
