American West Appliance Repair serviced our appliances three times. They fixed our Kitchen Aid refrigerator and Kenmore dryer last year and they repaired our Kenmore washing machine 2 weeks ago. They came out within 2 hours of my call. The technicians were nice and professional. They quickly diagnosed the cause of the problem, had necessary parts on his trucks and fixed the appliances right away. Our overall experience with American West was A+. This company can be trusted. I would highly recommend it to everyone..

We called American West Appliance Repair to fix our Kitchen Aid oven. The serviceman arrived at the appointed time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had to order the required part. We were called when the part arrived and made an appointment for the serviceman to return. He arrived as requested and promptly completed the repair. He was an honest, good technician. This was our first experience with this vendor. The entire experience was very professional and went very well. We would use this company again.

I can not recommend American West Appliance enough. They are the nicest people you could ever meet, very honest and friendly. No waiting for call backs, no waiting for an appointment. Same day service - what more could you ask for? The technician took time to explain what was going on with our Kenmore washer and was very careful not to spill undrained dirty water on our wood floors. He replaced the pump right away. He was very knowledgeable and his price was reasonable. We would use this company again.

I highly recommend American West Appliance Repair. It is hard to find a good repair company. I feel lucky to find them. I called for service and my refrigerator was repaired the same day and my food was saved. Gary the technician was 100% honest and helpful. He was very thorough and competent. He was also very kind and sweet. The repair was done perfectly and quickly. The problem was a faulty evaporator fan motor. The price was reasonable. Cant say enough good things about him and this company.

Their website offers a 30% off coupon for labor costs, but when I presented it to the technician he refused to discount the $150 labor charge and said "he was already aware of the discount" and the price he charged was "already the best". I called the owner to complain and was told we were a prior customer and the 30% discount was already included. Pretty shady way to conduct business if you ask me. Look at the website, there is no mention of any restriction on using the coupon.

We had Alex come out from American West Appliance and work on our GE Profile refrigerator and our Kenmore dryer. This was the best appliance service ever, and probably the best in-home service of any kind that we have had in 10 years as home owners. The technician made sure that everything was fixed to our satisfaction. He was knowledgeable and polite. He also took the time to explain things, which was great. The price was reasonable. We would use this company again.

My 11 year old Whirlpool washer just stopped running, with a load of sheets inside. Being rushed to prepare for guests arrival, I panicked briefly. Then I called American West Appliance Repair. The repair person came out within a couple of hours. He diagnosed the problem quickly, replaced a worn-out part. Part and labor came to $180. He was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this honest company to everyone and I will definitely use them again.

The tech was rude and confrontational, made us feel threatened. We ended up getting fixed by another company that charged $145. Stay away from these guys, they are not honest.
