I walked into this Best Buy to purchase several appliances for my newly remodeled home. The lady at the front desk walked me over to the fridge section and said let me know if you need any more help. She promptly walked back to her desk to do nothing. You go to a store to receive help not to be treated as if your are the expert. Suddenly, I noticed a trend, white customers were being treated with such delicate care, and I was left to figure out my questions and wanderings alone. I feel Best Buy employed a very prejudice and racist team of employees to work in the Pacific Sales Kitchen and Home section of this store. I guess I can take my money somewhere else and spend it. When I asked to speak with the manager. The assistant manager pretended to care, his way of pacifying me was to blurt out to me a customer, "You know her boyfriend is BLACK." I have no idea how the employees boyfriend being Black has any relevancy to her work ethics and poor treatment of customers? I questioned the assistant manager in an effort to help him see the big picture. I also wanted him to understand, sound evidence and reasoning should be used rationally with all customers regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, etc. In the end, the assistant manager seemed unable to grasp and understand the deeper issue/issues at hand. This is very unfortunate, because he himself is a man of color. The Horror!!!!

If you want a lesson in frustration, call, visit, buy or attempt to get service at Pacific Sales. We purchased a Whirlpool WRS322FDAM Refridgerator brand new from Pacific Sales on March 13, 2015. It was delivered on March 17th, 2015 brand new, under warranty of course. It was generally in good shape on delivery , as best as we could tell, on a quick look. We signed off on it. We then immediately noticed: 1) The two doors (left and right) were grossly mal-aligned from the factory. 2) It was missing the top rack on the freezer side. 3) The ice cube tray was scratched and marked with red marks? We called Pac Sales on the 17th asap but could not get through. We did finally connect with Lorraine at Pac Sales on the 18th and told her of the problems with the brand new unit. She referred us to Pac Sales’ repair company Active Appliances. Again Active Appliances was not only difficult to get hold of, but in speaking finally with Rachel, they were difficult to deal with. She did not seem to get that we had just purchased a brand new unit, she disputed our having a valid warranty and wanted to collect money from us just to even discuss the situation with our brand new, just delivered product. INFURIATING! ABSOLUTELY NEVER AGAIN!!!

The absolute WORST experience of my life. Cost me over 20 hours of frustration as the result of gross incompetency. They sold me a refrigerator that did not fit into the specs I gave them. At check out, they CHARGED ME for things that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. Corporate had to tell me that I was charged for things that I did not need, which I knew I did not need and therefore did not authorize. The delivery guys knew it didnt fit, but left it anyway. I tried to return it and schedule a pickup, but it wasnt actually returned and a pickup wasnt schedule so no one came as I sat there and waited for a pickup. Once it was finally returned, a refund was suppose to happen in days. But no- waited weeks, and no refund. On hold for over an hour with Corporate and they are unable to process the refund. I have to go and call the store in 2 hours. What the heck?! So livid! Worst experience ever. When I tried to purchase the replacement refrigerator from the store, they literally laughed at me and mocked me. The rudest, most lowest class people I have ever encountered. How dare you be so rude and treat a paying customer so horribly! They have done nothing but mess up over and over and over and over and over again!!!!!! Why? Why!!!

Went into look at appliances and took a while to get the attention of a customer service representative, "Joe", who was more interested in playing with his phone. We were interested in buying an expensive cooktop, a dishwasher and refrigerator. He showed us cooktops and then made a derogatory comment about the fact that the one we had had not been replaced by the home sellers when they remodeled (even though it looks brand new). He went on to show us refrigerators and then when we wanted more information, he proceeded to sit down and ignore us and refused to print out any data on the two refrigerators (counter depth) that would fit in our space. He said that he would only print out the specs on those if we put a deposit on one and ordered it. I had to get a manager to come and force him to print out the specs. Why does he have a job in customer service and what is wrong with this store? We will never shop there and give them our business. We do not know what happened to this store. We used to go to the Pacific Sales stand alone store in Torrance years ago and the customer service was exceptional. Hope they read these reviews which are all consistently bad.

This is the absolute WORST service. Once they sell you the products there is no follow-up. We purchased an entire kitchen set (fridge, dishwasher, ovens, stove, etc.). One would think they would be delivered not only on the date they told you they would be delivered but all at once. After all, it is a set purchased at the same time. They have been piece delivered through four different occasions and each time there was something missing. We have confirmed with them time and time again on future missing delivery items and they STILL fail to deliver those LATE items on time. When they say theyre going to follow-up, there is no follow-up and everyone just keeps saying they have to check on it with a different department. The absolute worst experience.

Bought a high end Viking Range-top, paid in full when ordered, promised delivery January 3rd. Jan. 7th they said it was on a truck and delivery any time, Jan. 10th confirm on a truck delivery anytime, Jan. 15th confirm on a Viking truck and delivery Jan 21st. At this point I can only hope. This is my second experience Pacific Sales has seemed to have first hand knowledge of manufacturers production and delivery schedules only to find out they did not have a clue and mislead me many times. They used my full payment for many weeks before actual delivery. Makes one wonder if Pacific Sales has figured out how to make their customers finance their operations. This is the last time for me. Bought from Pacific Sales San Juan Capistrano.

Worst customer service ever. Bought a refrigerator from them, and recd numerous confirmation emails on delivery time. They never showed, and were unable to give me an estimate of when they would arrive. Claimed they didnt know where the delivery truck was. Right.
