Before I start this review, keep in mind this took place a couple years ago. However, its something I believe deserves to be addressed. I have NOT been in the cosmetic market since this incident. I was 14-15 and very insecure about my skin as most of my friends had clear skin at this point and I still had tons of acne. I decided to go into TCM for advice. Not only was I there for skincare but I was also there for a new foundation. The girl I spoke to was VERY kind and helped me out with both finding a foundation for my sensitive skin and helping me pick out a few skincare items. However, the selected 2 face washes (an AM and PM) and 2 moisturizers (again, an AM and PM) ended up being around approx. $500 for all 4 full-sized versions of these items. I reminded the girl that I was 15 and just starting out in skin care, therefore, I did not wish to drop $500 on skincare + the cost of the foundation. She respected this and gave me samples of everything. Heres the reason why Im giving TCM a low rating: the 2 moisturizers were testers taken off the shelves. The employee told me that she was giving me such a good value by just giving me the testers. Looking back, I shouldve known better. As stated, I was starting out in skincare and getting 2 large tubs with less than half of the product in it made me feel good! I was just desperate to get my acne gone. The green lotion I got gave me a huge line of zits and white heads on my face. Whether that was from the ingredients itself or the fact that who knows how many hands dipped into that tub, Ill never know. While I dont know if shes still working there anymore, I just want to advise any young girls going in there to watch how your samples are being prepared. Do NOT accept testers that are accessible to customers. You do not know where their hands have been. This was incredibly gross and unsanitary. Im sure if I knew better I couldve reported it to somebody. However, I didnt, so theres nothing I can do at this point other than leave a review. Im sure since then theres a whole new line of employees, but I still wanted to make this experience known. Sorry that this review was so long.

I stopped in The Cosmetic Market to find some new foundation powder. The ladies are always so helpful. Stacey was especially helpful and extremely personable. She was willing to spend the time with me to find the products that I liked best and that worked best for me. She recently recommended the Nars powder that I absolutely love! I actually have switched from Clinique to Nars. Love this place!

I walked into the store on sunday during easter before I went to work. Of all the stores in the mall, they had a easter surprise which included a special discount or free complimentary service inside one of the easter eggs. I received a free eye brow was coupon. I had them done today and Tracy did an amazing job. For only $15, I will return in the future

Paris, the store manager, is AMAZING! Shes not only very sweet and beautiful, but shes very knowledgeable about every product in the store. The store was immaculate, and she and the other employee were not only attentive to me and my (very needy) friend, but they were so sweet to my friends toddler as well. 2 thumbs up!

This place is a scam, and they are thieves!!! They told my wife a 2 year supply of face cream would be $199. They charged our debit card $655.55!!!! I will be getting a refund, one way or another. Hopefully, they choose the easy route.

This store has the rudest customer service. They definitely act like they dont need your money.
