I wish there was a better way to contact the manager about my disappointing experience but Im assuming if I call there will only be associates to answer. I visited with a plan to spend $60 on some products I needed. The brow product I wanted was out of stock in my color. I waited for a few minutes for the employees loud conversation to end and when it did not I approached them to ask a question. Neither one looked at me so I asked to interrupt them for help. I asked if there was a less expensive alternative to the Brie product I came in for because I didnt want to spend more than the product I originally came in for. I was answered back with the question, "do you know where you are?" by the gentleman on staff. This put me on the defense, I felt belittled for wanting to spend less money, and I was pressured into spending more money on a better product. None of my questions were answered. I was never showed what this more expensive "better" product was and I wasnt given the choice or help to be shown a less expensive alternative. Because of this experience I only bought my $23 mascara and left immediately. I am sharing this in hopes the staff will be explained why this was inappropriate so they do not make any customer feel stupid or cheap. I do not have a money problem but I know a lot of customers might but still want to buy something nice to make themselves feel pretty. Im in town every 6 weeks for business and next time I will be driving to Ulta instead.

Worst experience...The staff do not care about customer at all. There was a lady staff who do not know how to apply even a foundation cream and she kept me waited for more than 40 mins for nothing. Its soo damn disappointing and I really wanted to complain to higher authorities... I eventually went to Macys to buy at Clinique and they made me so happy!! Do not go to this Sephora...
