I recently found myself in Merle Norman in Murfreesboro with my Mother who has used some of there products throughout the years. They may have good products but will never get my service because of the TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We asked to see colors in a product and the (rude)young girl working said you cant see the colors she will just have to match us up so we said ok.The stuck up young girl then tried some colors on my mother while she was standing up although there were 2 seats she could have been offered to sit in. Then mom asked me which color i like and i told her the girl said that the other side was the better color.I know my mom best not this rude girl anyway.We asked the price she was unsure and did not want to go check it for us.Then we told the girl we would like to think about it and we would come back if we wanted it.The girl did not say ok we hope to see you back or even goodbye she just did not talk to us anymore and she sat herself down at the desk and went back to being her snooty self.I am not sure what has happened to customer service but you will not find it working with that girl at that store.I dont think she was happy at her job or maybe she was just rude but she sure ran us off and i will never go there for make up ever because of that rude girl.Also the last time my mom and sister went in there it was the same way so it goes to show BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT MURFREESBORO MERLE NORMAN.

I miss the Smyrna store! They were always so helpful! I went to return some makeup at the Murfreesboro location next to Ulta. The manager of all people was not very polite. She seemed agitated that I wasnt happy with the product. I felt very uncomfortable asking questions, like I was a waste of time. I also that it was silly that I could only exchange the product, when it clearly states that you can return it. I will never step foot in that location again, has to be worst customer service especially being a manager! She also didnt seem to know much about their products. I will continue to go to the Brentwood location. Their staff is much friendlier.

Ever since the current owners bought this Merle Norman I have had the worst customer service. Like I am bothering them. I have used Merle Norman for 40 years. I still use the foundation. I also buy from other stores. Always friendly people in MN stores. But NOT this one.
