Two Bad experiences with this Sephora. Whats even worst both bad experiences happened in the same week. First i go in search of a particular foundation to try. They had the foundation but apparently someone either stole the tester or one of the workers had it and didnt put it back. Anyways, i asked the worker for that particular color to test it out and she look and said there isnt a tester bottle for it. Okay well if you see there is tester bottles for the others, common sense would tell you to replace it with a new bottle. No, didnt happen. So I left with out even sampling or buying the foundation. Ok second experience. A product showed available at this particular sephora, even though it was the release date, which was days away. I called on two separate days asking about this product beaches it was showing available. Each time a worker told me its there but they have not put it out yet. I asked both times if they could pull it for me since it showed in stock. Both workers said NO. Ok, so I waited to the release day with is today 7/2 to go get this Limited Edition item, I was told it was sold out. I asked the worker , how? When it releases today and the store just opened. She said, well people were coming in asking for it and it sold out yesterday. Really!!!!????? I called twice and two different workers wouldnt pull the product for me and so i just waited for the release day and show up when doors open and its not there. if I could give this store no stars I would. The workers are nothing like the ladies at the main sephora stores here. I barely get help and they dont offer to show you anything that may interest u. Ill just continue to drive out the way to the Summit which is 15-20 miles away rather than drive 5 miles to the jcpenney location. Yours truly (VIB Rouge Member)

Ive never went into a make up store before, but I needed to know my foundation color or whatever for my wedding. All I wanted was the color, but the make up lady (Megan) went above and beyond. Not only did she give me my color, but she showed me the best way to apply it and what would look best for my outdoor wedding. I dont understand all the hate honestly. I did have to ask for help, they didnt come to ask me if I needed it, but that place is busy and they have jobs to do. They arent servants who need to wait on me hand and foot. Maybe I just respect people and their time.

Horrible experience!!!!! This store needs a new manager, low stock on products, and bad service. I had high hopes for this store. Go to Ulta in Trussville instead! Theres better service there. The Sephora manager needs to be fired because shes responsible for keeping the store in check.
