Im an ULTA finatic. Every ULTA store I have been to, I didnt care too much for the employees. I would give the store 4 stars, because its set up great. What I dont understand is why ULTA has to hire women and men who could care a less about helping their customers. If you walk in there with no makeup on, nobody pays any attention to you. If you walk in there glammed up, they flock to you like birds. They are very judgemental at every ULTA I have ever been to. Most of the employees are bitches. I hate to use that word, but the majority of them are snobby. They follow you around the store like your going to steal something. Funny thing is, when I walk to the counter and pull out a 100 dollar bill..their attitude changes REAL quick. I LOVE ULTA as a chain, but the employees are terrible. The ones here arent as bad as the ones in murfreesboro, but they all still have that same snobbish attitude, and always walk back and forth making sure you dont steal.Maybe if the employees were friendlier, then I would give a higher rating. Until ULTA picks better employees, they only get 3 stars. Dont walk in there without makeup, otherwise you wont be able to get anyones attention. The only nice employee I talked to, was the skin therapist who works doing the facials and what not. Everyone else is stuck up and snobby. You wont be snarling your nose up at ME honey.

The customer service here isnt just absent, it is bad. IF you receive assistance, its going to have you running out the door, literally. I have been here multiple times and only had 1 helpful employee. My last visit was awful. I went in looking for a new foundation and summer shade, had a couple lines I wanted to try in mind and asked to be color matched with one particular brand. The girls (2 of them) pushed another line on me, so I let them color match me with that line and the one I picked out. The one I picked out was wrong color, but she didnt even offer to find another color. She just stood there and stared at me when I said I wanted to try this particular brand because of the ingredients, but it was the wrong shade. When I told the other girl my preference and usual line, she literally turned her nose up at me and said "eewww" then backed up like I had just insulted her. She had insulted me! My usual product line is Clinique, she was pushing Lancôme on me. When I said Clinique, she acted like she was disgusted and put Clinique down like it was terrible. I literally put the $100 worth of product that was in my hand down and walked right out. This location needs serious customer service training!!!

I love ultra in general I had a bad experience on this location. Went in, sales personal greater me. I had ask her for help on helping me find or inform me of a tarte sale I had recibe in mail. Unfortunately, I didnt had the add with me in that moment. Person inform me she will get an add, and will inform me if the tarte mascara product was on sale for $10 the sales person disappeared. Next thing I know this sale person its on a phone call on the spot she had told me to wait for her, at this moment its been 15 min I had waited. Sales person was done with he phone call never approach me with any information of the product if it was still on sale or not. I am not sure of her name I think is Dorian shes short with short black hair. Decided to walk out and go to a different ultra an receive better service.

Horrible and disgusting.After calling and getting an appointment after a total interrogation as to what we could possibly want,we were given an appointment for 445 pm the next day...We showed up on time after driving over 20+ miles and were promptly told that our salon person was vomiting in the rear bathroom....We strong suspect that our salon person may have been sick all day and no attempt whatsoever was made to contact us and advise of the problem.We were then advised that maybe we could get service the same day if we waited an unknown period of time, probably hours later.THIS WAS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT!!!!!....No effort was made for a sincere apology or any empathy was made to us at all...A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

I have visited this store twice now. Neither time did anyone greet me, much less ask if they could help me find something, and let me add they were not busy either time. Tonight I walked around for 10 minutes trying to find what I was looking for or someone to help me. I finally stood in the checkout line behind two other people just to ask where it might be. The cashier asked someone on her headset and then informed me that her manager was on her way up to the front to help me. I waited around for another 10 minutes and then finally left empty handed. Sadly, as I was walking out the door I told the same cashier that I was leaving and that no one ever showed up to help me and she acted like she really did not care.

This place is every womans dream. You step inside and you literally get swept away. All the Ulta ladies are very friendly and sweet. They asked me if I need anything. I mostly just want to explore on my own but I appreciate the gesture. They are not stuck up like the other reviews said. It doesnt matter if I buy Physicians Formula or Lancome, they all treat us the same. They carry brands affordable or high end. Also I appreciate that this Ulta branch has the body shop vitamin E cream. I dont have to go far just for that. Thanks!

If I could give lower than one star, I would. Their customer service needs some serious help. A friend and I went in and wandered around for 15 minutes and not one employee approached us to ask if we needed help. I was trying to find a particular brand of foundation for my wedding this weekend. We FINALLY found an employee to ask and she couldnt even finish her sentence before walking away from us. I have always been a fan of Ulta, but may have to jump ship soon due to the bad taste this experience has put in my mouth.

Atlanta is the most awesome colorist and stylist ! If you have never had the privilege of having this lady do your hair, you need to check her out! I highly recommend her! Not only is she incredibly talented, she is also a very professional woman and she has the most adorable, bubbly personality! You will LOVE LOVE LOVE her! I am so glad to have found her! I get a gazillion compliments on my hair each time she colors and cuts it! Thank you, Atlanta, for taking such excellent care of me!

Dont waste your time going there. They are always out of stock and dont help you with when the item will be back or even help you order the product online with free shipping. Gone there 3 times and they are out of stock. When you look around there is no one there to help you either.
