This location does not deserve to be rated even a one star .. but i could not submit a comment without rating .. I got a chin wax at the brow bar at Ulta. They would not allow me to get it done in the salon , like I had done many times before . THIS is NOT Customer service !! And the chin wax did not last and I wasted the money doing it .. the wax only lasted 4 days before my hair started coming in . That is not normally how long chin wax last with me ..normally lasts a month or longer . I will never return to ulta for this service or for the products they sale that i can get at other retail stores a lot cheaper . Peace out ulta !!

Had an appointment at 6 pm for a simple trim, came in 20 min early and told them not to worry since I was in early. Waited till 6:40 before I got service. The delay is not only the problem but the lack of acknowledgement was worse. They acted like we are 40 min late so what is your problem. Well, my problem was that I respected an appointment and showed up early and they did not respect their end of the appointment by being 40 min late.

Love! Love! Love! Love this place and the staff is so friendly. A girl named Tiffany did my husbands hair and she did my eye brows and did an amazing job! Had a young lady named misty do my hair and it turned out awesome! She was also so super kind!

I made a hair appointment over the phone for the salon here. I came in for my appointment, and they said they had no record of it. They wouldnt take me, and the three women I spoke to each treated me like a liar.
