A small group of us went to the Kokomo location for a makeover during the weekend. The ladies who did our hair and makeup were absolutely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and fun. My one gal pal is highly sensitive to cosmetics and has not been able to wear makeup for many years; however, her no makeup days are behind her now. The beauticians picked out the perfect palate to compliment her skin tone and she had no reaction. She was thrilled! Anyways, I ended up dropping enough money that day to be boosted to the Platinum Member Status. Haha!

Went in for a Valentines splurge and had a great experience. At first it felt overwhelming because no one jumped right up to help when I entered but once I asked for some assistance with moisturizer they had a Clinique technician walk me through all the products I might be interested in and asked me about my skin issues. The staff was very knowledgable and easy to talk to. They have a great variety and Im sure they would have everything I need. Will definitely go back for my skin care needs. Thanks Kokomo Ulta!

Shelia has been doing my hair for a few months now and I am extremely happy with my hair. She is always full of suggestions, which I love, and has an extremely friendly demeanour. I like the variety of products and brands available at the store, and their return policy is great.
