I bought a package but was never able to use it because they would never answer the phone to schedule. I left several messages asking for a refund. I called daily for weeks. 6 months later and my wedding came and went without being able to use any of the services I had paid for. When I finally got someone to call me back (Nicole) , she left me a message at 10:30pm from a private number and told me to call the same number I kept calling during business hours. I then got another call 2 months later from Nicole stating "it was the first she had heard about my issue." Still no refund. Do not prepay! Its a scam.

I am very happy with my experience with MBS. I love the plethora of options they have and love the results even more! Ive had several areas treated and thus far the results have been amazing. The place is clean, and the staff members Ive dealt with having been delightful. I read all the positive reviews on Facebook and Yelp....that is what initially convinced me to make an appointment. I am a strong believer in you pay for you what you get. In this case I received more than what I paid for. Thank you!

I got a GroupOn for this and Nichole has been wonderful! Id never done laser hair removal and was frightened off by the price at other places. Its a small self run business, so it can sometimes be tricky to get in. However, it pays off. She walked me through everything, was very patient with me and adjusted as needed for my comfort. Im 4 treatments into a 6 treatment package and loving my results! Shes just wonderful... she doesnt make me feel like a customer... I feel like a friend.

I have also purchased a groupon and tried to be patient and work with their staff and coordinate service before and after their move to their new location but they have lost my payment record and never got back to me. I attempted to contact them multiple times with no luck. I spent about 2-3 hours simply trying to either schedule service or get my payment back.

I purchased a Groupon for treatment at this company. I have called multiple times over the course of many days (at various times). I have also left a voicemail. I have not heard a peep back. So, I cancelled the Groupon and will be taking my business elsewhere. Who knows if they do a good job b/c they cant be reached!
