Their products are first-rate. I especially like the sugar scrubs, which leave you soft and moisturized for hours. However, I had a big problem ordering online. My daughters birthday gift was not shipped until 8 days after I placed the order and one day AFTER her birthday. When I called to inquire as to its whereabouts, I was told that they "had to make something " to fill the order. Not much of as apology, more of a "too bad"-type attitude. When ordering online I asked in the information section if they could leave the receipt out because it was for my daughters birthday. So they knew it was for a specific date. I told her if someone would have contacted me about being out of something, Id of subbed in a different item to get it shipped in a timely manner. Never did get a shipping confirmation as promised in the email receipt. My daughter did, however, love the products. The Georgia Peach and oatmeal fragrances are favorites. So Id advise you buy here for sure when you are in Nashville, but avoid having them ship if you have a date you need your items to arrive by.

I came in yesterday with my little family and you ladies were very warm and inviting. I believe it was the owner that was there helping us. She was very sweet to my little boy and even put some lotion on him. My husband and my 2 girls bought my some gifts for my birthday and of course I couldnt wait to use the Oatmeal Honey sugar scrub after trying in the store! My skin felt amazing when I got out of the shower, I followed that up with the Oatmeal Honey lotion and I woke up this morning with my skin still extremely soft! ( I cannot wait to try the bath bombs!) I will definitely be back for more things and I would recommend this place to anyone. I am very happy and glad to help a small business since I am a small business myself. Thank you ladies very much!

LOVE this product! I have acne rosacea and my face was very red. At the recommendation of an employee they had suggested the oatmeal lavender and it is amazing! my redness is almost gone and my complexion feels great! Made a believer out of me!

I live in Louisville and I visit this shop every time I make a trip to Brown County. I always buy soap, bath bombs, and absolutely LOVE the sugar scrub. I highly recommend this store!

Fantastic, beautiful products. I love giving as gifts. Wish employees were nicer, the past two times Ive been in they seem annoyed with questions about the products and pricing.
