I ordered product a week in advance, I was given a delivery time for 11:00am. On the day of, I gave them a grace period of an hour before I called to check the status. I was only told that their delivery guys were out making deliverys, nothing else was said. Another hour passed before I called again, same guy answered the phone, this time he sounded a little annoyed, and still only told me the exact same thing that he said the first time. Im sure they are in contact with their delivery people. He couldve easily said, "Im sorry for the inconvenience, let me get in touch with our delivery guys, find out whats going on, and Ill give you a call back." Instead of having their paying customer held hostage in their home for hours with no information. As I write this, its been yet another hour, and still no product. If you reschedule, itll be another week before you get your product. If you cancel, they charge you 20% of whatever you already put down on the product. If this sounds like terrible customer service, thats because it is.

Was sent here by a friend looking for some basic and inexpensive furniture and because they offer the no-credit financing and being I was in escrow on a home was worried about financing through places like Ashleys furniture and causing an issue. Although it lacks the glamour of some of the big furniture stores I was surprised to find pretty nice sets and items, and a catalog of more items to order from. Items were priced well, and payment amounts and due dates on financed items were adjustable to my discression. Also they delivered, set up and placed everything as part of delivery.

They dont have store hours posted anywhere online. I was looking to buy a new coffee table and end table set. Went there at 7:30 PM on a Saturday and they are closed. So we went else where.
