Ive been coming here for oil changes, tires, alignment, transmission service for my vehicles in the last year. Theyve never gave me a reason to complain. Be sure to look for Sears auto center coupons and take advantage of Sears Shop Your Way rewards program. Its saved me a few dollars since I started coming here.

I have been on hold for 30-40 min. I only called to get a quote for a battery which takes a few min at most. I ended the call and redialed and was placed on hold immediately with no greeting. Whoever is answering the phone in the mornings must not take pride in their job.
